As you heal and clear your emotions, as you trust and follow your highest vision, and allow the greatness of your being, you will find your natural abilities of intuitive perception opening and expanding. There will be moments when you know something is about to happen or you see through the surface of physical reality. You may suddenly catch a glimpse of another "you" in another time and place, or you may suddenly know something you didn't know before. This intuitive knowing will take many forms. If you choose to develop these abilities, you will find you're able to move between dimensions. It will become easier to access fifth-dimensional consciousness. Cultivating skills of clairaudience, clairsentience, clairvoyance, claircognizance, and telepathy will greatly enhance your ability to access fifth-dimensional consciousness. Likewise, as you exist more in the fifth dimension, you will find that your intuitive abilities expand exponentially.

Barriers to Developing Intuition

People are cut off from intuition in two major ways: one) they don't identify themselves as being intuitive - in other words, their personal identity doesn't include being intuitive; and two) they misunderstand the nature of intuition itself. These two barriers are so closely related that any discussion of one must include the other. We will begin by exploring why many people choose not to view themselves as psychic.

Confronting Myths about Intuitive Skills

In order to fully embrace your inner technologies, you may need to shine the light of your awareness on the programming that exists in your world around psychic skills. There are thoughtforms and beliefs that practicing psychic and intuitive skills is for shamans, "fortune tellers", or worse, con artists and fringe dwellers looking to take advantage of those who seek their assistance. There is a connotation that at best intuition is something outside themselves, something practiced by people they don't identify with - those who may be of questionable integrity and intentions and possibly even dark motives.

There are always those who seek to profit off others, but those who approach spiritual skills with lower intentions will have limited abilities. Add to this the price many have paid throughout history and continuing today - for being considered sorcerers and witches. History is filled with episodes where people were persecuted for supposedly having "magical" powers. This practice continues in your world today and the belief in the "wrongness" of possessing psychic or supernatural powers is still alive and well in the collective consciousness. Even among those who live in societies where they aren't subject to violent persecution, there is the personal price of being shunned or ostracized or cast out of social groups, made light of and otherwise ridiculed. Some may have family members or loved ones who feel threatened by such abilities. It's little wonder many choose to keep their abilities and perceptions to themselves, not wanting to open Pandora's Box!

Gifted Intuitives are Ordinary People

From still other perspectives, intuitives are viewed as elevated beings existing outside the realm of everyday life. The image that intuitives live in crystal caves far from daily life is equally inaccurate. The fact is, gifted intuitives exist in every walk of life. They are every day people who have chosen to step free of emotional shackles by facing their fears. They are ordinary people willing to exist in the uncertainty of the unknown. They are people with the courage to follow the subtle whispers of their spirit. When a person has undergone such rites of passage, they have no desire to harm others or take advantage of them. They are adept at understanding spiritual laws and know that whatever you do to another, you do to yourself. Once a person awakens to these deeper meanings and "sees through" the illusion, they want more than anything else to help others develop their own intuitive skills. It's impossible to view the world from the grace and beauty of spiritual vision and not want this for all others.

Everyone is Psychic

It's a misunderstanding to think that psychic skills are the domain of a few. The gifts of inner seeing are for everyone in every time and place. Each person has the natural ability of intuition. However, each person in order to utilize these abilities must open to them and cultivate them. If you hold beliefs that close your heart and mind to your natural abilities, you filter out the subtle messages of your soul. If you believe you have these abilities and are open and willing to take steps to develop them, you open the door to this reality. People, ideas, information and experiences will "show up" in your life to help you understand your natural gifts and learn to use them for the greater good.

We emphasize here that while each person is naturally psychic, in order to bring these abilities more fully into one's life experience, it's important to bring focus to them and sharpen them just as you would other tools.

Courage and Trust are Prerequisites to Developing Intuition

To embrace, develop and practice intuitive abilities, you must learn to connect with your own truth, to see-through erroneous programming and the beliefs of those around you. You must have the courage to trust yourself, your higher self and your spiritual guidance. This does not mean you must tell others or explain yourself to others or tell others of your abilities. There may be those around you who still hold misunderstandings about the nature of intuitive abilities, especially those who feel threatened by the idea of intuitive abilities. The best practice is to live a good life, to be the example of a person of integrity and to embrace, cultivate and practice your innate abilities. There is no need to talk about it or explain it. You simply allow who you are to shine through. The example of your life working, your life flowing, having the inner skills and knowing how to work with whatever shows up in your life is the best gift you can offer the world. This combined with kindness, compassion and the insight to see past the words and actions of others to the soul and heart beneath the words is life's true magic.

Every moment, we're moving along one timeline or another. Each timeline has an identity self in charge of managing and overseeing our life. When we shift to a new timeline, we shift to a new identity self. Likewise, when we adopt a new identity, we catapult into a new timeline.

While many potential timelines reside in our field of possibilities, our beliefs, thoughts, feelings and choices determine the timelines we experience. Many people are now awakening to expanded timelines and shifting to a course that will bring them to realities where they experience greater feelings of oneness, peace and love.

When we shift to an ascension timeline, we find peace within ourselves. Energy previously used to fuel the fires of disharmony among our different aspects can now be used to feed the energetic fields of our dreams, birthing manifestations more rapidly. The emotional freedom we experience from a place of inner unity and emotional clarity allows us to create realities steeped in frequencies of joy, love and bliss. Adopting the Identity of the Infinite Self

As we come to embrace our infinite nature, we remember our many gifts, talents and abilities. This opens the door to a new identity as a vast being holographic to our spirit and all that is. When we adopt the identity of the infinite self, we're ready to shift to a timeline of oneness.

In an ascension timeline, we readily embrace our sacred wound and our purpose for this lifetime and step off the karmic wheel. From a place of emotional freedom and spiritual clarity, we follow our guidance and inspiration to bring into being knowledge, art works, inventions and realities that assist humanity to its next phase.

When we adopt the identity of our infinite self, we face new challenges. It's easy to become discouraged if, after having adopted an expanded timeline, one fails to experience all they have glimpsed in their visions. A person may glimpse within their field of possibilities a new and expansive time. They may see themselves doing things they have always dreamt of doing. They may choose to adopt this timeline they have glimpsed. This doesn't mean they will immediately experience all they have seen. It's possible to make an immediate shift, but more often what happens is that a person begins to receive guidance of steps they can take to better "tune in" the timeline they've chosen. It's always up to each individual how quickly they work through the steps they are shown. If one is shown they need to create emotional healing and clarity, this may be a lengthy undertaking, depending on where they currently are emotionally. As a person asks for, receives and follows guidance, they come into closer resonance with their chosen timeline. Finally, as they persist, there comes a day when they are fully existing in their new timeline.

A Short Course on Timeline Shifts

Within every life there exists many timelines or threads you can choose from. These are parallel or alternate realities energetically existing side-by-side. In a sense, all of these reality threads exist in your energy field as future possibilities. The only question is which you will choose to bring your focus to.

Because these alternate threads already exist energetically, you can choose to shift your focus to a new thread at any time. The key is in perceiving alternate threads. Sometimes people glimpse other possible realities but find it difficult to accept that they are seeing alternate timelines. This can happen when one over-identifies with their current identity self. As we awaken to our expanded field of possibilities, we become aware of other possible identities and timelines and learn to consciously shift from one to another.

Each thread in your field of possibilities is a story you have the capability of joining "already in progress." A thread not chosen continues to exist, following its own timeline. The fact that a reality is not your current thread of focus does not make it any less real. Any thread of reality you can conceivably imagine is a real thread of possibility running parallel to your current focus. You would not be able to imagine a thread of reality that does not already exist in your field of potentiality.

Timeline Shifts and Ascension Consciousness

Each person has a probable future where they are fully realized and awakened. The only question is how far their present moment is from that probable reality - how far they must stretch from where they are now to an ascended consciousness.

When you shift to an ascension timeline, you will be shown how to clear any emotional baggage that stands in the way of the emotional clarity and freedom that is part of an expanded consciousness. During this time, scenarios from the past may come before you to be healed and released. As you see these old scenarios, remain in a place of love, understanding and openness so you can receive the message of each.

You may know people who seem particularly adept at re-creating themselves. These are people who are able to clearly perceive the realities that exist within their field of possibilities, and know how to transform their consciousness to bring themselves into harmony with the reality of their choice. For such individuals, limitations, emotional upheaval, physical illness, scarcity, struggle, suffering, and other undesired realities have ceased to exist. This is the beginning of what you may term "ascension consciousness" where the school of life drops lower frequency courses from your curriculum and adds new, high-vibrational courses such as spiritual alignment and personal empowerment. This new course of learning brings your consciousness into harmony with your higher self.

By learning to consciously work with timeline shifts, you are able to access new timelines through aligning your consciousness with realities you perceive from your higher awareness. High-vibrational realities are always aligned with your spiritual purpose. By choosing these alternate threads, you begin to align with your highest possible reality, thereby completing your Earth school curriculum and becoming "Heaven on Earth."

During moments when you are most aligned with your higher self, you receive downloads of guidance and information. One aspect of the guidance downloaded into your consciousness involves images of future probabilities.

It's easy to recognize a spiritual vision because it lifts you up and excites you. Your conscious mind may experience fear and concern around a vision, but on another level, you may feel expanded and excited by it. Allow these visions to enter your consciousness and exist in their own space. Allowing Visions to 'Take Root' in Consciousness

When you allow a vision to exist in your consciousness, you see it begin to take root. You begin to see steps you can take to nurture it into being. You don't need to know all the steps at first. It's likely you won't. Trust that when you receive a vision, it already exists in your energetic field as a potential reality. Trust that when you receive a vision of something "already in existence" energetically, the resources to manifest the vision are readily available. In fact, in order for a vision to not manifest, it must be blocked by your thoughts, beliefs, attitudes and emotions. If these are all clear and open, you will receive guidance on actions you can take to bring your vision into physical reality.

You may not understand at first why you're receiving a vision. For instance, if you see yourself moving to a new city or undertaking a course of study, you may not initially understand why. As you take steps to explore the visions you receive, you will see why you have received them and how they can provide you with important understandings you need to progress spiritually. Since you may not fully understand the importance of a step until you take it, you'll need to learn to trust and believe in your visions.

Be Willing to Embrace Rites of Passage

The steps you're asked to take in realizing your visions may require you to make difficult and painful decisions. You may see yourself leaving your present career, ending a relationship, moving to a new city, or otherwise letting go of ideas, things, and connections. Sometimes you will be asked to release an aspect of your past or change a deeply ingrained habit. Spiritual learning is not always about maintaining the status quo. You may be asked to learn a new skill or expand your vision for what you believe is possible in your life. Don't judge yourself if you experience resistance and uncertainty. In the future, "blending" is a technique that is common. You already do this to an extent. When you spend time with another, you harmonize your energies and blend with them. Often you will find you know things about this person that they haven't told you. You may begin to develop new skills based on their knowledge and understandings. This is an equal sharing as they draw on your knowledge and experience as well.

Awakened Consciousness is the New Time

Blending and other forms of awakened consciousness are the essence of the New Time. As a person awakens, they naturally want to help others awaken. Imagine you "wake up" in a darkened room and see others sleeping around you. Upon closer examination, you see the room is filled with dust and cobwebs and the air is stale. Your first impulse is to throw open the doors and windows to let in fresh air and sunlight, then begin nudging the others awake.

When one person awakens and begins nudging others to awaken them, all the universe cheers. Fall Equinox 2009: Accessing the Super Accelerated Flow into Portals of Expanded Possibility

The Fall Equinox arrives this week to signal new beginnings. Big changes loom on the horizon along with new opportunities to align with Divine will. New manifestations and new clearings will go hand-in-hand during this time.

This week's Equinox comes on the heels of a powerful New Moon flanked by a Sun/ Moon/ Mercury/Saturn conjunction opposed by Uranus. These Virgo planets quincunx the ongoing Jupiter/Chiron/Neptune alignment in Aquarius, leaving little doubt as to the nature of the energies (and opportunities) present at this time.

Holding Strengths and Weaknesses in Our Expanded Vision

Uranus urges us to bring forth new insights from our higher self and integrate these into our daily existence. Add to this Saturn's influence, which requires us to clear all that stands in the way of this integration, and brings us face-to-face with all that has limited us in the past. Mercury's retrograde until September 29 insures that we remain in a holding pattern for this clearing to take place. There has been much talk about "vaccination plans" against certain pathogens and pandemics. The best "health insurance" plan is to fine-tune our awareness of our environment -- both inner and outer - and how we allow ourselves to be affected by it. This includes not only the messages that surround us but messages we receive from aspects within our own consciousness. These aspects can either strengthen and empower us or weaken and disempower us.

Now is the time to gain awareness of every aspect of our environment and our consciousness and determine what needs to be transformed.

Eating ‘Light' Removes Barriers to Life Force Flow

In coming times, we will be asked to further strengthen our physical systems by "eating light." This involves eating a mostly living foods diet that includes calorie restriction and regular infusions of alkaline green juices. These "rocket fuel" foods raise our vibrational frequency, removing any barriers to life force flow.

Another facet of this "new time" is to practice yoga which brings physical, mental, emotional and spiritual flexibility. It is flexibility at all levels that allows us to "go with the flow". Flexibility allows us to access and make the most of new portals now opening. These portals lead to the super health and vitality that is the gateway to heightened or peak states, expanded awareness, and all the blessings that accelerated spiritual understandings offer.

When we seek to bring something into the world, our intentions and motivations are everything. Our intention for bringing something into our lives shapes our experience of a manifestation and the realities that spin off of it.

The lens of relationships offers an up-close view of how our intentions color our manifestations. We may seek to attract a soulmate into our life. We may state that we are seeking a spiritual connection that helps us grow in our understandings. This is well and good but if unresolved emotional issues lurk beneath our stated intentions, these "hidden" intentions will eventually surface to color any relationship we manifest.

Perceiving Motivations ‘Underneath the Vision'

The key is to come to a deep and thorough understanding of ourselves and our motivations before we seek to manifest something new in our lives. In the case of a relationship, we may consciously hold the highest and best intentions in terms of our vision for a soulmate connection, but there may be other intentions operating beneath our conscious intentions. If, underneath our visions of manifesting a soulmate relationship, we're afraid to face life alone, we are unknowingly sending the universe signals that exist on two very different wavelengths. Consequently, we may manifest a relationship that is intended to lift both people higher but ultimately deteriorates under the weight of unresolved emotional issues.

Identifying Conflicting Emotions about Abundance

The same can be said of manifesting abundance and prosperity. We may state that we intend to manifest abundance so we can undertake studies, experiences or projects aligned with our spiritual purpose. If, underneath this vision, we still hold emotional issues around abundance, this can stifle or alter our intended manifestation. One example of this would be the person whose father often spoke negatively of those who had wealth. As this person begins to manifest the abundance of their spirit, it can trigger feelings instilled by the father against those who have wealth. This could diffuse the manifestation altogether or create complications that seriously limit what can be experienced in the realm of abundance.

Likewise, if a person holds unresolved emotional issues that center around scarcity or "not having enough of what's needed," this is another factor that can send the universe a contrasting signal that seriously impairs manifestation.

What has been said here about relationships and abundance can be applied to any and all intended manifestations. In order to pave the way for what we seek to bring into our reality, it's important to examine all our intentions and motivations -- not just our "highest and best" but those motivations that lurk at the outskirts of our awareness.

Aligning Our Intentions with Spiritual Purpose

It's always important to examine how our intentions line up with our spiritual purpose. If we seek to manifest a car so we can drive ourselves to workshops and courses that allow us to expand our knowledge and skills, this is an intention that can benefit both ourselves and others. This is a very different intention than seeking to manifest a new car so we can show up our neighbor who's driving an older model. In the long run, the realities experienced through these different intentions will drive us to very different futures.

Unifying Consciousness with Emotional Harmony

Once we identify how an intention matches up with our spiritual purpose, we can then examine if aspects of our consciousness operate on different emotional frequencies from our primary intentions. These would likely be younger aspects still locked into emotional energies not yet transformed by the light of our present-moment awareness. By loving and harmonizing with these younger aspects, we can begin to create inner unity.

Dialoging with Lesser-Known Aspects

Journaling is one tool to identify conflicting emotions that lurk beneath our highest and best intentions.

One approach is to write out statements in a journal and invite your subconscious to finish them. You can start with open-ended statements such as "Relationships are" or "Money is". It may take some practice to become comfortable turning over the pen to lesser-known aspects of your consciousness and allowing these aspects to speak, but with persistence, you will be able to establish a dialogue.

It helps to create a space of non-judgment and openness to these aspects, and a willingness to learn about them. You will find in dialoguing with them that these aspects are trying to assist you in the only way they know how. It's may no longer be in your highest good to believe that "Money is the root of all evil," but there may have been times in your past when manifesting large sums of money would have diverted your attention from other courses of examination. Thank these aspects for their efforts and explain to them how they may now assist you in new ways to manifest your highest visions, benefiting yourself and others.

By honoring and loving all aspects of yourself, you're able to create the inner unity that entrains your intentions to the frequency of your highest visions, ushering in the realities of your dreams.
