Summer 2009: The Summer of Transformation

"Downloads" in Dream States and Waking Consciousness

Some of you have already begun receiving downloads in consciousness. At times, these arrive in your dreams and at other times, in waking consciousness. Onecommon theme of these downloads involves a world based on the joyful vibrations of peace and love. In this world, many souls join together in consciousness to anchor new and greatly expanded energies. Many of you visit "inner" cities during your dream states. It is during these visits that you meet in consciousness with fellow beings with whom you share the purpose of helping human consciousness make a great shift. Over the next few years, you will find these beings showing up in your physical world to join with you in coaching and assisting others who are just beginning to integrate the new energies into their physical existence.

During these downloads, you may receive visions of projects you will undertake, or areas of study that will bring you into greater self-realization. Many of you who have been practicing intuitive skills and absorbing knowledge and wisdom from your teachers will now be asked to "step up to the plate" as teachers and leaders forthose who are a few steps behind you.

Other downloads may bring awareness to aspects of yourself in need of healing. As you take steps to heal yourself at all levels, you gain greater access to fifth-dimensional consciousness. Unhealed parts of yourself often serve as "gatekeepers" barring the way to advanced consciousness. This is designed to protect and assist you rather than hold you back. This is similar to the rules in your world that govern a young person driving a car. To drive requires learning the necessary skills and"rules of the road."

Opening to Moments of Insight and Synchronicity

While many downloads arrive in dream states, you may find there are moments in your waking world where you spontaneously receive information. These "waking" downloads most often arrive during moments when you are deeply absorbed in something that brings you joy, therefore bringing you into closer resonance with your spirit and higher self. Examples are artwork, writing, dance, meditation, yoga, tai chi, walks in nature, listening to music - basically any time you step outside lineartime into "no time".

Often you first encounter “downloaded” information in dream states and forget the details upon waking. Practicing writing down your dreams will help you remember spiritual downloads on a more consistent basis.

Even if you don’t recall a dream download upon waking, it may come back to you at a later time. This often happens when you encounter something in your waking reality that "triggers" a memory of a dream download, prompting you to recall the information. These spontaneous memories are true "aha" moments when you arriveat a place of crystal clear insight and inspiration.

Be sure to act on the information you receive from these downloads. This information is golden because it lights the way to the next step of your journey. 10) The activation of advanced intuitive abilities such as clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, claircognizance, and telepathy. These gifts allow you to tune into the transmissions ofyour higher self.

11) A surrender to the divine will of the universe that allows greater alignment with universal laws and the highest good of all.

When you become who you truly are beneath the crusty scabs of the pain and suffering of a limited reality, you are able to heal physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual conditions by gaining awareness of the thoughts that created them and transforming those thoughts by holding them in the bright light of that awareness. You are also able to go "behind the scenes" of your physical life to create change.

Stepping Outside Time and Space

This is possible by removing your conscious focus from the space/time continuum to effectively "step outside of time" into the world of no-time. This is the timeless dimension of spirit where you become a time traveler visiting your past and future to discover your spiritual destiny. By traveling through time to your past, you are able to bring about healing and release parts of your spirit trapped in time by emotional traumas and other misunderstandings. Releasing your past frees trapped energy that becomes available to empower your present moment. An empowered present-moment self is able to travel to your future to commune with your future self and discover who you are becoming and what you came here to do. By merging with your future "self," you are able to view the fruits of your present creations and make course corrections if you don't like what you see. Likewise, if you are creating something in the present moment, you can travel to the future to learn the steps of your creation.

Time travel may seem beyond the capabilities of an earth-bound consciousness. When one’s awareness is completely contained within the physical, this creates a barrier to perceiving one's spiritual destiny and the spiritual contracts for this lifetime. To discover your spiritual contracts while on earth, attune your consciousness to the world of spirit rather than the physical world.

Releasing Energetic Bookmarks

Other barriers to experiencing one's spiritual destiny are trauma and suffering experienced in an earlier part of this life, or in past lives. A great deal of energy holds an "energetic bookmark." To release bookmarks, you must complete the understanding you were seeking to gain by creating the experience in the first place. This frees the energy trapped there. Another way to look at this is since spirit exists in all-time, all lifetimes - including all parts of the current lifetime - exist simultaneously. This means that parts of your soul, (your past lives as well as your past in this lifetime), still exist in moments of trauma and suffering. The fact that you are reading this says you are now ready to release these moments throughout time. It is this process of retrieving your soul in all the places where it is held that frees your consciousness and allows you to bring your complete focus into the present moment. This complete focus allows you to discover and fulfill your spiritual destiny.

By stepping outside time, you can travel to the past to view everything that has been your life up to this point. By viewing the past with the light of a higher consciousness, you are able to gain awareness of the lessons you intended to learn by creating each situation and release any residual emotions that still linger. These residual emotions draw your present-moment consciousness constantly to the past, scattering your attention and focus. A scattered consciousness is unable to create significant change in the present moment. It takes a laser beam of conscious, clear intent to transport you into a future of joy and well-being.

Meeting Your Future Self

It is this laser beam of focus that allows you to travel into the future to learn your spiritual destiny and who you are becoming. By stepping outside time and traveling to your future to meet with your future self, you are effectively changing your own genetics. By meeting with your future self, you discover the contracts you came here to fulfill. You are able to receive a vision for your present and your future. Your future self and your guides are able to help you download the template of your higher self. This template contains information that is capable of re-creating your body and transforming your life. This template carries with it the guidance and knowledge for the subtle energetic field surrounding your body. This knowledge allows you to re-organize your physical body. It can change the circumstances of your life and the people you draw to you, as well as the opportunities and challenges you are able to access.

In the current course of your Earth life, you may have forgotten that you are capable of stepping outside time, of creating spontaneous healing, of creating great works of art and beauty, and of living a life filled with love and amazing synchronicities. When you learn to journey outside time and space, you are able to reconnect with your higher self that is untouched by any trauma and suffering you have endured on the Earth plane.

Activating and Cultivating the Imagination

You may ask how it is possible to step outside time and space, to time travel and receive this vision for your spiritual destiny. The key to all of what we have described here is the imagination. Activating and cultivating the imagination with the intent of realizing your highest good is your ticket to the magic carpet ride of achieving higher consciousness. There is a thoughtform on Earth that whatever resides in the realm of the imagination is "not real" or "made up." These are physical-based ways of thinking that have enslaved humans to physical-based realities for thousands of years.

The imagination is the doorway to true spiritual liberation. It is the imagination that expands the consciousness into new realms and thoughtforms that create new pathways in the mind and spirit. When enough pathways are ignited, the structure of DNA is altered and the consciousness is able to unite with all its aspects throughout time. This is where you see a being able to create what might be considered "miracles" in your world. This is the person who heals their body of a terminal illness, halting and reversing the deterioration of cells in the body. Here is the person who travels into their own past to release their spirit from traumas that hold parts of their soul captive. Here is the person who is able to join hands with their past and future to bring their point of power (the present moment) to a laser focus for creating the highest good for themselves and others. Here is the person who walks the Earth silently blessing and assisting others in a state of constant inner celebration for the privilege of helping unite the Heaven and Earth of inner and outer consciousness.

By learning to step outside time and space, you are able to take great leaps in your present-moment consciousness that allow you to access the world of spirit - the no-time dimension where your soul resides. Inside no-time, you are able to take evolutionary steps for your self and all others by discovering and fulfilling your spiritual destiny.

Your future self provides one of the most valuable forms of feedback you can receive. If your future self is able to connect with you in consciousness, this is proof you are taking steps in your present moment to develop a wise and advanced future "you." In addition to providing important feedback, your future self is able to bring you information and guidance for your present moment. Much of this information arrives in the form of "channeled" information. Channeled information is received into your consciousness as "energetic downloads" that your conscious mind over time learns to translate into words, images, concepts and inventions. You have grown used to navigating reality in a certain way. Your conscious mind is
your "standard-issue tool" for moving through your daily life. Many of you have
become quite adept at using this tool. Often, you know what to expect as you go
through your day and may have automatic responses for many types of situations.
In the New Time, this tried-and-true navigation tool will no longer function as it has
in the past. Your conscious mind's roadmaps and signposts will no longer apply in the fifth dimension. Inside this new space, you are asked to adopt a new navigational system. This system is constantly changing and transforming so it is impossible for the conscious mind to "break the code" by developing new habits and patterns that allow it to navigate this space on "autopilot."

Spiritual Telepathy is Your New Navigation Tool

Navigating the fifth dimension requires a high level of awareness that paves the way
for constant telepathic communication with your higher self. This spiritual telepathy
is created by setting the intention to align with your higher self. As you harmonize
with this high-vibrational aspect of your being, you begin to receive frequent
information downloads and guidance.

At first, you may not understand all that’s being downloaded into your
consciousness. Becoming adept at translating intuitive downloads is like learning to
speak a new language. In the beginning, you may only understand a few words, but
as you persist in immersing yourself in the new language, it becomes easier to
understand. Over time, you become increasingly fluent. As you flood your mind and
consciousness with information contained in spiritual downloads, you naturally
magnetize further downloads. In time, becoming fluent in the language of your soul
allows you to develop a telepathic connection with your higher self. As soon as you

The Nature of Spiritual Downloads

Receiving downloads of knowledge and information is nothing new. Answers to your
questions have always arrived the second you formulated a question. In the past, it
may have seemed some answers never arrived. In fact, all the answers arrived the
second you asked them, but you were not always able to receive them. This often
has to do with levels of receptivity.

As we have said, lack of skill in translating spiritual information is one reason some
answers are not received. But receptivity plays an equally important role in
understanding spiritual guidance. If a download arrives in a moment when you are
less receptive, you may not be aware it has arrived. These less receptive periods
may occur during times of stress, physical illness, exhaustion, emotional upheaval or
extreme absorption into physical reality. A busy and chaotic mind is generally not a
good "receiver" whereas a still and peaceful mind is an excellent receiver. You will
likely move between these states during your day, but keep in mind that when you
are seeking answers, it’s best to enter a peaceful state to receive them.

Optimal Receiving States

Optimal receiving times are moments when your mind is still, as during meditation,
quiet contemplation and reflection; during times when you surrender and reach out
for answers beyond your conscious understanding; during times when your health,
vitality and life force energy are flowing and your body has a balanced (7.5) PH;
during times when your heart and mind are open, when you are experiencing
unconditional love, when you are experiencing gratitude, joy, absorbed in creativity
and following your spiritual purpose. Focusing your mind through concentration is
another technique, as is walking in nature or spending time near water. Even a
shower can enhance your receptive ability.

If, after working with these techniques, you still have difficulty receiving guidance,
examine if some part of you has reservations. These may be younger parts of
yourself that need help understanding and embracing "unseen" dimensions of your
existence. Sometimes you intuitively sense that an answer, if fully received, would
trigger quantum changes in your present existence. You may draw back, feeling you
aren't ready for such sweeping change. As the earthly manifestation of your higher
self, you’re able to work with aspects of yourself that exist at all levels to bring about needed healing and understanding. As conductor of your orchestra of selves, you’re
able to harmonize your consciousness to bring the laser focus needed to breathe life into your highest dreams and visions.

This week’s new moon in Leo brings welcome relief to the intensity of this summer’s triad of eclipses. These eclipses amounted to a housecleaning at all levels to prepare the way for new frequencies now flooding the Earth plane. Activating New ‘Codes and Keys’ through Inner Unity

The new energies are akin to shining a bright flashlight into an attic room strung with cobwebs and dust. Once they are brought into awareness, our “shadow selves” can be loved and welcomed into the bright light of our hearts. This integration triggers activation of new ‘codes and keys’ that allow each person to access the next phase of their becoming.

Over the summer, many experienced moments of emotional volatility as shadows from the past surfaced. Anger, resentment, sadness, regret, depression, physical anomalies and other variations surfaced to be loved, understood, and integrated into a new vision for both present and future.

Revisiting Doubt and Uncertainty

This summer often felt like a pressure cooker of energies. This pressure cooker by design is bringing about needed changes in consciousness that help facilitate the shift to a new and expanded time.

During the emotional whirlwind, you may have felt yourself on a roller coaster ride, spinning out of control. Old issues you thought you had laid to rest may have surfaced, leading you to experience doubt and uncertainty. All of this provided you with the opportunity to become stronger and more certain in your purpose and your ability to manifest what you need to carry it out.

People may have showed up to shine a light on areas still unresolved within you. Any areas where you still hold disempowering thoughtforms were likely challenged. If you are learning to believe in your vision, there may have been people and situations challenging your newfound beliefs. If you're stepping into new roles such as teacher and mentor for others, you likely found your readiness challenged. This provided you the opportunity to ask these questions of yourself - to look within for confirmation and determination. Bless others for the role they played in helping you become stronger in your vision and determination.

Shadow Selves and Your Field of Possibilities

Unresolved emotions from the past can be transmuted by entering a place of stillness and opening to their message. Shadows from the past exist in your energy field as bookmarks until you learn their message. Once you learn the message of a shadow self, you can transmute the life force being used to hold the bookmark to fuel the next step of your spiritual path. This expands your field of possibilities.

New potentials appear on the horizon now. These potentials lie in the parts of ourselves we have pushed away - the parts we have denied or feared to express. Any areas where we have felt stifled or blocked hold the greatest potentials for transformation and transcendence at this time. As we embrace parts of ourselves we previously rejected, we’re able to expand into new areas of consciousness.

Burning through Blocks to Your Highest Potentials

With the new moon, you’re able to step free of the emotional whirlwind. The energies of the Leo new moon allow you to detach from this turbulent passage and see your shadows and all that comes before you from the perspective of awakened consciousness. This allows you to receive the message of your shadow selves and "burn through" any blocks, barriers or doubts that stand in the way of manifesting your highest potentials.

Harnessing Winds of Change to Navigate the New Time

In coming weeks, change will continue to be the name of the game. As you flow with the energy and focus of the Leo new moon, you're able to realign with your highest intentions and with the visions you received over the summer. By putting your new perspective, insight and vision to work now, you’re able to navigate the winds of change and harness them to manifest your purpose.

This is a time to begin new practices that raise your frequency and your life force “quotient” or ability to channel life force energy. Your body is being transformed by new energies being transmitted to the Earth plane. To help facilitate this transition, eat a diet consisting of mostly live foods. Detox your body through an internal housecleaning. Enliven your energy field through exercise and movement. Now is the time to heal any habits that sabotage your physical well-being and your ability to channel life force energy. It is the flow of life force energy that empowers every aspect of your existence.

Old habits and patterns that no longer serve you can be transmuted by building a stronger bridge to your higher self. This is done by working with dreams, entering a meditative “listening” state each day, and overall, deepening your commitment to your spiritual practice. This is the time to gain awareness of any resistance you may hold. If you experience resistance, you can dialog with the resistance to learn more about it. A journal is an excellent tool for dialoging and with those parts of your consciousness not yet integrated into your awakened visions.

During the new moon, you can make decisions aligned with the changes that have taken place within you over the summer. This is a time to release the old and embrace the new.

Shifting to a New Timeline

Many are now being asked to release further levels of the old way by shifting to a new timeline. As you move forward, you find more you can let go of. The energies of this summer’s triad of eclipses formed an opening. As you proceed into this portal, you find an enlivened and accelerated energy field of new potentials.

Now is the time during this new moon to build a new vision for the future. As the old is released, a space is created for the new. Begin to open to the vision for what comes next. Your vision combined with your intention to bring it into being creates an energetic field you begin to energize daily with your consciousness. As you energize this vision, see how it helps you become more peaceful, more loving and more confident. Expand this vision to see how it will benefit others and help shift the Earth and all of humanity to the next phase of becoming. Now is the time to step more fully into building the vision for the New Earth.

Accessing Portals for Journeys in Consciousness

When you learn to perceive and access portals, you can travel to the moment of your death and the moment of your birth; you are able to attend pre-birth planning sessions for your present life, visit future lives, past lives; you are able to view the creation of your sacred wound, observe the creation of a book, a work of art, a relationship, and much more. It's possible to enter a portal to create time shifts that speed up or slow down time.

Portal journeys can help you visit the future of your present reality or the future of your life on Earth; they can help you release energetic bookmarks that hold parts of your being trapped in time. Portals can help you visit someone in another time and place; they can help you journey to retrieve information for others. Using portals, you can practice remote viewing and other intuitive skills; you can work in other dimensions assisting other souls or even aspects of your self that exist in other timeframes and realities.

Through the cosmic doorway of portals, it's possible to serve as our own angels traveling through time to assist our "selves" through difficulties and transitions.

Learning to work with portals leads to emotional freedom, the activation of inner technologies and spiritual mastery.

Understanding the Nature of Time Travel

Since time itself is a mental construct, its nature is flexible. Portals exist in consciousness so they transcend linear timeframes.  This is how you're able to enter portals into other dimensions and timeframes.

There is a great deal of discussion about the importance of staying focused in the present moment.  Some physical-based perspectives see it as wrong to explore time as a vehicle for consciousness expansion because it supposedly takes your focus from the present moment. To say your present moment should be focused in a certain way at a certain time is a misunderstanding.  Certainly you can be present with whatever is before you in both your physical and spiritual worlds.  As you remain present in both worlds, you are able to find harmonizing points that allow you to blend them, effectively uniting Heaven and Earth. Viewing the present moment as an anchor that enslaves you to a purely physical-based existence misses the point of being "present."

When it comes to your present moment, it can be said that "Wherever you go, there you are." A better way to stay to say this might be "Wherever you focus your attention, there you are."  You are the one who determines where you will be focused within any given moment.  If it happens that your present moment is best served by bringing your focus to a point where you suffered a past trauma that still binds aspects of your consciousness to troubled emotions, then that is your present moment.  If you are making an important decision in your present moment, there may be a need for you to follow threads of this decision as well as other threads of possibility into the future to see which is most aligned with your highest vision.

Portals Are Fields of Possibility

Portals are energetic frequencies present within each moment.  Each portal represents a field of possibility offering an energetic doorway for exploring consciousness.  The portals available within a given moment change according to factors such as one's focus, perspective, beliefs, emotional states, and intentions.  Working with portals can become very intuitive when you relax and follow your guidance into the portals containing frequencies that offer the highest and best possibilities at this moment.  The highest and best frequencies are always aligned with the next step on your spiritual path.

Accessing and Energizing Portals

Portals are accessed by bringing your focus and attention to them.  You attune to a portal through your intention, attention and your desire. Your intention for accessing a new portal in consciousness may center on something you want to create or manifest. It may involve a need for healing, or a desire to understand what is happening in your life.  You can enter the portal of an illness and discover the root cause - in other words, the thoughts, beliefs and attitudes that created it.  You can enter a portal to perceive a new version of yourself or to access guidance.  A portal can become a place where you meet with your guides or travel to your inner temple for rest, insight and rejuvenation. 

Portals are energized with the power of your imagination. To energize a portal you have chosen, hold it in your awareness as an image or symbol. Surround the image with light. Get in touch with the feeling state of the portal and anchor the feeling in your present moment. As you go through your day, the image will flow into your mind at moments when you are quiet and relaxed. Each time the image shows up, open to its feeling state, knowing that this portal will carry you into your desired reality or manifestation with divine timing.

Portals are Doorways into Alternate and Parallel Realities

You can choose to journey through portals into an infinite number of possible realities. These realities already exist in timelines that run parallel to your present focus timeline. The more advanced the probability, the greater the energetic shift and the associated "clearings" required to access it.

You can access "advanced" portals that allow you to observe probable timelines. This allows you to choose where you want to focus your consciousness from a more expanded field of possibilities.  Because all that is or ever has been exists simultaneously, it's possible to access and choose from endless possibilities spinning out across infinity. To bring your focus to a reality, simply expand your mind to embrace more of what is there until you become a vibrational match for that reality.  One way you can come into resonance with an advanced probable reality is to observe this possible timeline, then trace backwards through time to view the steps taken to arrive at that place.

Portals can serve as access points for journeys in consciousness that make the most of the cosmic gateways now unfolding. These energetic pathways allow us to undertake inner journeys that can bring insights and understandings to expand our consciousness and pave the way for evolutionary leaps.

There has never been a better time on Planet Earth for stepping free of all that blocks access to higher consciousness. The energies available now can be harnessed and internalized to transform every challenge into an opportunity for transformation. Even our deepest "sacred" wound can be brought into a space of healing and understanding now, allowing us to transcend everything that still binds us to denser realities.

In times past, higher energies were only accessible in sacred or "power" spots on the Earth. Energetic shifts in recent years paved the way for greater access to accelerated energies and through these, peak states of consciousness. This summer's cosmic shifts brought new opportunities for the emotional clarity that brings ever greater access to portals of higher consciousness.

Making the most of these energies may require some clearing and cleansing. A clear emotional body is a prerequisite for achieving the frequency and vibration that brings one into expanded consciousness. If our emotions are weighed down with judgments and negative thoughts and feelings such as anger, blame, resentment and other feelings of victimhood, our frequency is "amped down," bringing us into resonance with lower-vibrational realities.

When our frequency remains tethered to the karmic wheel, we attract low-vibrational realities. This keeps us spinning through a range of repetitive and traumatic experiences until we awaken to their meaning and embrace their meaning, therefore completing with this phase of "Earth school."

Emotional Freedom is a Bridge to Spiritual Telepathy

The emotional body resides between conscious and subconscious minds. Emotions that are peaceful and serene serve as a telepathic bridge to our higher self and our council of spiritual advisors. If our emotions are turbulent, we flounder about like a raft on stormy seas, unable to navigate between our conscious and subconscious minds. Once we step free of emotional turbulence, we arrive in the calm waters of emotional freedom. It is emotional freedom that makes it possible to unite our physical and spiritual worlds and access our superconscious mind to achieve spiritual mastery.

Embracing Our ‘Sacred Wound' is the Doorway to Spiritual Freedom

One way to achieve emotional freedom is to discover your "sacred wound" and embrace it. By embracing this wound, we're able to receive the message and meaning of our current lifetime. Once we understand our spiritual purpose, we find the lens that brings the entire history of our existence into focus. In order to discover and embrace your sacred wound, it is important to see yourself as the architect and creator of every aspect of your reality. From this place of emotional clarity and spiritual empowerment, you're able to activate your inner vision and awaken to the dream of physical limitation and its associated "wounding". This awareness and acceptance of our sacred wound helps us receive the message or "gift" of our wounding, which allows us to enter a peaceful place within ourselves. When we exist in a peaceful place within ourselves, we're able to travel at will between our conscious and subconscious minds.

The Importance of Taking Responsibility

The condition of our emotional body determines whether our emotions serve as a bridge or an obstacle to accessing our subconscious mind. It's impossible to achieve emotional freedom until you take 100% responsibility for everything in your reality. If you have a backlog of unresolved emotional issues, your emotions are easily triggered by events, people and circumstances in your environment. This constant emotional upheaval can lead you to "buy into" the illusion of victimhood, scarcity, self-doubt and other scenarios that leave you feeling helpless and disempowered. Helplessness and disempowerment lead to denser emotions that are triggered and catalyzed by self-pity. Self-pity at its core is a denial of the infinite nature of your being and the vast capabilities of your spirit. It leads to an ever denser array of negative emotions that can bar access to the subconscious.

Discovering Emotional Triggers

In order to clear residual emotions, you will need to examine every aspect of your present reality to discover emotional triggers. While many of your emotional triggers date back to childhood, you can find access points through events unfolding within your present moment. If you keep unraveling the strings binding you to turbulent emotions, you will find these emotions are, at the source, wounded and suffering younger aspects of yourself. In other words, the emotional "wounding" happened at a point before you understood how the universe works - a point before you understood how everything that happens to you is helping you grow and learn. Once you see this, you're far less likely to feel injured or wounded by the events, people, or circumstances in your life.

The Nature of the Sacred Wound

Many of your emotional triggers trace back to an emotional wound you experienced early in your life, usually by age 7 or 8, though not always. Early in each lifetime, a sacred wound is "stamped" on each person's consciousness, usually through a set of circumstances, though it can be a single incident. Sacred wounds can be created through accidents, family turmoil, and seemingly insurmountable challenges. There are many different forms this wounding can take, including the death of a parent, a severe illness or accident, a seeming abandonment or other loss. Over the years, the essence of this sacred wound is re-energized in various situations in an unconscious attempt to gain understanding of the wound so it can be healed and released. Sometimes, a sacred wound isn't healed in a lifetime. In this case, the essence of the wound is carried forward into the next incarnation where the wound is recreated.

At the root, a sacred wound is a karmic lesson carried over from past lifetimes. Throughout the life, each person begins the quest to gain the understanding that will satisfy their karmic lessons this time around. Once lessons are satisfied, one is able to effectively achieve emotional freedom and step off the karmic wheel. Freed of enslaving emotions and impulses, the conscious mind is able to join in partnership with the higher self to rewrite the plan for the rest of the life on Earth. This plan usually involves creating a way to use one's talents, Earthly knowledge and spiritual wisdom to assist others with their own process of awakening.

Healing Aspects of Your Self Trapped in Time

If you choose to gain awareness of your original or "sacred" wound, you can begin by writing a simple autobiography of your life, touching on the emotional highs and lows. Pay close attention to events that still hold an emotional charge. These events reveal to you wounded aspects of yourself still emotionally trapped in time. You can heal and release these aspects by shining the light of your present-moment awareness on them.

The triggering of emotional wounds adds density and weight to every rite of passage you undertake. The triggering of unresolved emotional energy is one of the main reasons some turn back from a rite of passage. Transformational periods will bring up unresolved emotions in an effort to purge them. To some, this clearing and cleansing may seem unbearably painful. It's ultimately the willingness to face all that "comes up" that allows one to take the leap within themselves that leads to the emotional freedom that is the gatekeeper to higher consciousness.
