Joy happens within the moment. Joy activates the soul. True joy comes from following the higher purpose of your soul. Joy is something you experience now. If you feel there are reasons why you can’t experience joy right now, begin to create reasons why you can. If you're looking to the future to allow joy into your life, it may always remain just out of your reach.

Joy radiates from the center of your being. If you're looking outside yourself for joy, you will not find it. You won’t find joy in any situation that enslaves you to outer outcomes and situations.

Emotional Freedom is the Key to Experiencing Joy

It is usually emotions that snare you into joyless situations. That is why the key to experiencing joy is emotional freedom. If you find yourself in any situation or relationship that is not bringing you joy, it’s time to examine your beliefs. You will want to look closely to see if you hold any beliefs that say you must do anything that doesn't bring you joy. Often, when you look deeply into circumstances devoid of joy, you find that at the root the belief that you believe you don't deserve joy.

As a Divine being, your birthright is all the love, abundance and joy the universe has to offer. If you believe otherwise, it’s time to transform these beliefs to bring them into alignment with the Divine perfection of your spirit.

You're not obligated to do anything that doesn’t bring you joy. You’re not obligated to spend time with those who drain your energy, dishonor or disrespect you. As a Divine being, you can look at each person through the eyes of spirit and see what, if anything, you can do to help heal or assist them. If a person insists on remaining in a negative feeling state, you don’t have to allow them to pull down your energy. It is never for your highest good or that of another to lower your resonance in this way.

Focus on the Blessings in Your Life

Spend time appreciating what you have, noticing the moments of small blessings as you go through your day. Nature is a portal into joy. Notice flowers and sky. Notice the full moon through the trees. Notice night sounds in the woods. Notice the way the sun radiates off the surface of water.

Notice where you place your attention. Where do you put your time, energy and focus? It’s important to spend time in ways that help you in realize your highest good.

Create a ‘Joy’ List

Make a list of what you love, what brings you joy. What you love is directly linked to your spiritual purpose. The things on your joy list that you feel most drawn to right now represent steps you can take in your present moment to fulfill your spiritual purpose. As you take these steps, the path unfolds before you. In this sense, all roads lead to the same place. Don’t be concerned with what you "must" do now. Allow your journey to be a joyful dance with spirit as you allow each moment to unfold its own beauty and perfection.

Energetic openings in spring and summer 2009 unleashed portals that brought new insights to life through the window of cosmic potentials.  These portals were designed to offer glimpses of realities beyond a purely physical existence. They offered opportunities for the spiritual freedom that helps each person recognize the full scope of their gifts and potentials. These potentials empower those who embrace them to assist all of humanity and the universe.

Following on the heels of celestial events earlier this year are a series of powerful eclipses that will occur over the course of the summer. The lunar eclipse of July 6/7 was the first a triad of eclipses that will usher in a series of reality shifts on planet Earth.  It will be followed by a total solar eclipse on July 21/22 and another lunar eclipse August 5/6. These shifts will occur on different levels, including Earth changes, personal transformations and challenges, events on the world’s stages, and interdimensional openings.

One major aspect of the July 6/7 eclipse is that it lifted veils between dimensions, making it easier to receive messages and information from high-level guides and entities. The moment of an eclipse is just the opening; its influence can extend into weeks, months and beyond. 

Receiving Spiritual Messages

Those who are skilled in receiving spiritual messages will now be able to receive new forms of communications and heightened access to realities not yet perceived or understood. Some of what will be brought through may at first seem far removed from present-moment existence on Earth. However, these never-before-seen glimpses will reveal more of the guiding principles and energies behind the scenes of changes now being seeded.

For those just beginning to receive spiritual messages, this will be a time for breakthroughs. The energies are clearing the channels for guidance and information to flow through dream states and meditations. Be ready to receive insights that will transform every facet of your daily life. New inspiration and passions will be ignited in coming months as the past slowly falls away.

Events on the World’s Stage

During this time, new events will play out on the world’s stage. During this time, your conscious mind will often be at a loss in terms of a response.  This is by design.  The events unfolding can only be translated and understood in the language of spirit.  Your subconscious, in conjunction with your higher self, can relay needed translations "within the moment."  The more comfortable one is in setting the conscious mind aside and stepping into the subconscious, the smoother the translations will flow.

Experiencing a Dark Night of the Soul

During this time, many will experience "shake-ups."  Someone will undergo rites of passage or "dark nights of the soul" that offer opportunities to release emotional baggage of the past. Such clearings open a space for direct psychic communion and spiritual transformation. Even in the darkest passages, you can stand strong in the knowledge that you planned and orchestrated your rites of passage before you came here. As you come to embrace them, you open to receive their message and the gifts they contain.

Cosmic Activations and Lucid Dreams

The July 6/7 eclipse is opening the doorway for galactic activations and dimensional shifts.  A number of those incarnated now will be activated to fulfill their contracts for this timeframe.  The eclipses of summer 2009 will trigger many into remembering their purpose of helping transition the Earth into a New Time.  You will see messages, guidance and information begin to flow from higher realms.  Some will begin to experience lucid dreams along with vivid dreams of other time planes and dimensions.

Accelerated energies on the Earth plane are now making it possible for many to develop the advanced skill of telepathy. Telepathy is a direct “mind-to-mind” communication that will become increasingly common in Earth’s future history. During times when cosmic energies are “amped up” by the influence of eclipses, solstice/eclipse openings and other celestial conjunctions, some will experience moments of telepathic perception and other enhanced intuitive abilities. With practice, intention and desire, these glimpses can be expanded and cultivated.

In a broad sense, telepathy is the psychic transfer of thoughts, concepts, images, sounds and feelings. Telepathy is possible because your mind is a finely-tuned sending and receiving station that can be developed for use in advanced forms of communication.

To cultivate the skill of telepathy, you will need to bring awareness to the thoughts that enter your mind and begin discerning between your thoughts and feelings and those of others. As you observe your thoughts, you begin to discern their origin. Some thoughts you pick up from others. These are thoughts that may seem "out of context" and unlike you. When you "pick up" thoughts and feelings that are not your own, you feel scattered and unable to bring focus to your purpose and intentions. This doesn’t have to be the case. Through intention, you can filter out any thoughts and feelings you do not wish to enter your consciousness.

The Gift of Telepathy

Once the mind awakens to its infinite nature and claims the talents and gifts that are the birthright of each individual, it recognizes telepathy as a great tool and ally. The awakened mind quickly learns how to switch channels on the universal radio network, sampling many different realities to further understanding. One channel brings direct telepathy with frequencies of guides and angels while another brings the music of the spheres that is beyond all time and knowing.

Telepathy between Awakened Minds

There will likely be times when you will choose to tune into the thoughts of others in order to assist them. For instance, if you are a teacher, you will find telepathy helps you work more efficiently with your students. All great teachers are able to read the thoughts of their students. In this way, they bring forth knowledge and information in the form that is most able to bridge another’s consciousness into higher understanding.

Some “soul intuitives” use telepathy to read others. A soul intuitive will telepathically connect with the person they are assisting. We will note this is always with the permission of the person being "read." They create a link similar to dialing a telephone number, then focus their mind to strengthen this connection. They enter the person's thought and feeling planes, allowing themselves a general sampling and experience that provides a "big picture" of what is there. They then "ask" to be directed and guided to areas of interest the person is working with. In this way, they are able
to perceive understandings the person is attempting to gain within the present moment. Opening one door often opens others.

Other awakened beings incorporate telepathy into healing techniques that involve seeing a person's essence. Through telepathy it’s possible to detect frequencies and overlays that form a kind of "plaque" that prevents the soul from fully uniting with the earthly consciousness. This plaque consists of layerings of erroneous beliefs and the remnants of outer efforts to program consciousness. The best spiritual healers offer themselves as a surrogate consciousness through which a person can see anything blocking the flow of life force into their bodies. Your level of vibration determines everything in your life. This includes what you draw to you in terms of relationships, opportunities, experiences and abundance. If you are experiencing lack in any form, it is a good time to examine and raise your frequency. 

Raising your vibration basically means infusing your consciousness with greater amounts of life force energy.  The amount of life force flowing into your energetic system represents your life force quotient (LFQ). Your LFQ is a reflection of the degree of alignment with your higher self.  A high degree of alignment with your higher self "amps up" the flow of life force into your energetic field.   

The energy field is made up of a series of subtle organizing bodies that create the template for one’s physical body and field of probabilities.  The more life force energy flows into your energy field, the more light flows into your life. You experience this flow of light in terms of synchronicities, greater opportunities for experience and service, increased health and vitality, love, resources and inner peace and joy. 

To attract more life force into your energy field, you can choose to align with this greater infusion through the Law of Attraction.  Conscious awareness combined with skillful powers of discernment are keys to creating this alignment. 

Conscious Awareness and Discernment 

As you move through your life, you encounter many beings, ideas, and opportunities.  When you operate in your life with a high level of conscious awareness, you are awake to each idea, person and opportunity that enters your reality.  Each thing you encounter can be examined with the bright light of discernment.  In this context, we define the skill of discernment as the ability within the moment to hold each encounter in the light of your higher consciousness and observe how it is (or isn't) aligned with your life purpose.  That which is aligned with your life purpose will increase the flow of life force into your energy field and amp up your overall health, well-being and ability to assist others. 

The Life Purpose of Lightworkers 

If you have not yet identified your specific area of focus in terms of your life purpose, do not despair. The fact that you are reading this says you are a lightworker -- a soul that has volunteered to incarnate to assist others with healing and developing higher consciousness. The fact that you are here in this timeframe says you came here to play a vital role in the creation of Earth's future history.  So, in other words, you have an overall purpose of healing yourself and raising your vibration so you can become a greater light on the planet.  Many other "sub purposes" are able to align with his overall purpose.  

Each of you has a wide spectrum of choices in terms of experiencing this overall purpose, depending on what excites you and brings you joy.  Many of you chose to connect with abilities from past lives and continue to hone them into mastery, while others chose to explore new areas. Either way, these options are aligned with your overall purpose of assisting with healing and transformation on the planet. Your personal experience of this overall purpose is derived from your highest passion and excitement.  

When you align with your purpose and passion, this amps up your vibration, allowing abundance and joy to flow into your life.

With each year that passes, there's either a moving toward the realization of the deepest longing of one’s soul or a moving away from it. Those who have taken their meaning solely from the outer world will begin to notice an empty feeling that is often accompanied by a physical breakdown over time. By contrast, those who have built a bridge to higher consciousness will experience renewal and rejuvenation that allows them to exude a vitality and timelessness as they grow older.

Life force energy arrives proportionate to the amount that’s needed. Those who make an effort to discover their spiritual mission and carry it out in whatever means available receive the life force energy needed to do this. By contrast, those who retreat into illusion, seeking only the comfort of distraction and entertainment, suffer a stagnancy that shuts down the flow of life force energy over time.

When life force energy is shut down or stagnant for long periods, the physical body starts to “amp down,” and the spirit begins to withdraw from the life. At the physical level, you can measure life force in terms of the oxygenation of cells. A lack of oxygen most always results in physical disease. This is the physical explanation for disease that reflects the spiritual withdrawal of life force energy from the body.

The good news is that regardless of how far a person has traveled off course, regardless of the current state of a person’s physical being, this energy can most always be turned around through spiritual renewal.

12 Steps to Creating Spiritual Renewal

We offer here 12 steps for creating spiritual renewal:

1) Identify your life purpose and ask your guides to reveal to you the steps to fulfilling this purpose. If you don't know yet what your life purpose is, begin reading the energy of your entire life to look for clues. Write your autobiography and examine the energy and essence of all major milestones. Everything that has ever been created in your life has been designed to carry you further into the realization of this purpose. Make lists of your strengths and weaknesses, the things you love, your talents, and your deepest desires. These are further clues to the nature of your life purpose.

2) Set aside time each day for silence and meditation.

3) Learn to still your mind by practicing concentration skills. Concentrating the attention on a candle flame for 10 minutes each day while releasing all thoughts will help still and focus the mind.

4) Eat a diet that consists of primarily live foods.

5) Fast periodically to clean and detox the body and help release yourself from over involvement in the physical world.

6) Develop your intuition. Recording and interpreting your dreams each day is a good way to begin developing intuition. Also, make a practice of listening to the still, small voice within you and observe how the information it offers assists you throughout your day.

7) Create a list of the 10 things you most dearly desire to create and ask your guides to show you steps you can take to begin creating these desires now. Look to see how each item on your Ten Most Wanted list is aligned with your life purpose.

8) Have a goal, purpose, and activity for everything you do.

9) Engage in some sort of physical activity each day. It is especially beneficial to incorporate physical activity such as yoga that unifies mind, body and spirit.

10) Make time each day for creative play. Write in a journal, paint, take a long walk in nature. Do what gives you joy.

11) Find some way to share your gifts and talents with others.

12) Clear clutter in your life. Clean out closets, drawers, your house, car, and everywhere unused items accumulate. Release everything you no longer need. This includes old feelings you may be holding onto. Practice gratitude and forgiveness and release the past so you can step more fully into the present moment.

Whatever your imagination brings you is a possible reality already residing within your field of possibilities. If it weren't already a timeline in existence, you wouldn’t be thinking about it.

Change Opens the Door for Timeline Shifts

There are various ways people shift from one timeline to another. The person who adopts a healthy diet and exercise routine has shifted to a different timeline with a different set of future probabilities. The person who adopts a spiritual path is choosing a vibrational timeline of different resonance that can, in time, allow them to shift to very different timeline probabilities.

There are many small ways you shift to different threads of reality without noticing it. This is the case when you rearrange the furniture in your home or begin to travel a different route into town. Even the smallest variation in your daily routine has the ability to create energetic changes that can lead you to choose other timeline probabilities. When you create even a small change in your life, this creates new pathways in your consciousness that can effectively create a new “you.” Timeline changes grow from the different choices and behaviors of this new version of yourself.

The Menu of Timeline Shift Options

Many people change timelines only out of necessity, when there is a crisis or other unexpected event. In these cases, the timeline shift is not always one of their choosing. Still others remain in the same basic timeline for most of their lives, with little variation in reality threads. By contrast, there are lifetimes where a person undergoes so many reality shifts it seems they have lived many different lives within the same one. Many lightworkers experience this as they actively seek new spiritual understandings and access the timelines of past incarnations through communion with their higher self. In every case, the various lessons and shifts of a life are set forth prior to birth in counsel with the higher self and other guiding entities.

Consciously Choosing Reality Threads

As you gain awareness of the many threads of reality that exist within your field of possibilities, you can consciously choose the thread you wish to energize.
From a place of awareness, you can consciously choose a reality thread and begin to energize it with your focus, attention and action.

Even if a thread of reality does not seem very "probable" at the moment, you can begin to bring your focus and attention to that timeline. As long as you are willing to take action, and keep on taking action to create a reality shift, you will eventually make the shift.

When you shift to a thread that’s a close vibrational match to your present one, the change may be barely detectable; when you shift to a vibrationally different thread of possibility, it may suddenly seem you are living an entirely different life.

By working with timeline shifts, you can begin to create the self of your highest possible future, transforming your life at the quantum level.

You don’t have to know everything about your spiritual purpose to be true to your path in life. Undertaking endless studies and traveling to the world’s sacred places may add to your experiences, but these aren’t guaranteed to help you reach self-realization.

Cultivating and following the path of joy, however, will help you reach new heights of spiritual insight.

Giving Yourself Permission to Cultivate Joy

Every moment of every day you're receiving "cues" from your environment of the next step you can take on your journey of self-realization and joy. Begin each day by asking yourself what you can do that brings you joy. Give yourself permission to act on the answers. As you place your focus on joy, you will naturally know how to handle any challenges that come before you. When you're in a state of joy, your energy field is open and flowing. Information, guidance and life force energy pulses through you. You are open and receptive to guidance and feelings of well-being.

Many of you have settled for what passes for joy in your life, feeling it’s impossible for you to be truly joyful. You will always find this circumstance disappointing. You will only have true joy in your life when you bring your focus to allowing it. Don't settle for anything less than this no matter what’s going on around you.

Joy is Self-Love and Appreciation

Part of joy is experiencing love and compassion for yourself. Affirm you are a unique and Divine being and this will be your experience. Value who you are. Value the gifts you have to offer, value your time.

One of the ways people fail to appreciate and love themselves is by giving their time and energy to things that don’t feel joyful. If something does not feel joyful, examine if it is aligned with your highest good. One of the primary ways people become ensnared in joyless situations is through relationships. It’s is through connections with others that some people give their time, energy, and joy away. Often, this happens when one allows themselves to be drawn into others’ crises.

There are times when you will need to say no to others. Dependency is not for your highest good; nor is it for the highest good of others to validate their choice to live in a state of crisis. This sends the message to others that they can command your attention by creating crises. Observe if what others are asking of you is for your highest and best and for theirs.

If you are involved in situations that siphon joy from your life, it’s time to take charge of how you spend your time. You do not owe anyone your time. The way to experience joy in your life is to respect and honor your time. When you respect and honor yourself, people will show up in your life you respect and honor you.

Another way people become ensnared in joyless situations is through career choices. Examine if staying at a job that has grown stale is for your highest good. Learn to read the subtext of your life. By staying at a job where you feel undervalued and unappreciated, you are affirming you're not worthy of anything better. You are in effect the one doing the undervaluing and under appreciating, and others are simply mirroring this to you.

Joy is Loving and Releasing the Past

The path of joy involves accepting all that has been in the past. Release the past, never looking back in regret. Open to receive the message of the experiences you created. Release the past by loving it and expressing gratitude for it.

Releasing Resistance to Joy

You will not experience true abundance as long as you resist doing the things that bring you joy. Be willing to examine any barriers you may hold that keep you from experiencing joy. Sometimes people judge themselves, feeling they don’t deserve to have joy in their lives. Examine if you hold resistance to joy and shine the bright light of your awareness to dissolve this resistance.

Entraining Yourself to Joy and Abundance

Each moment you allow yourself to move along the path of joy is an opportunity to experience greater love and abundance. As you allow yourself to experience joy and abundance, you will become magnetic to people and circumstances aligned with these frequencies. From this place of alignment, more love and abundance will naturally flow into your life.

Discovering Your Spiritual Purpose

As you allow more joy into your life, as you entrain yourself to the frequency of joy, you begin to act through joy. In other words, you begin to choose and do things based on the joy they bring you. As you explore all the things that bring you joy, you come face-to-face with your spiritual purpose. If you're not sure of your exact purpose, just begin doing what brings you joy and you will soon find it.

Each Day is a New Opportunity to Experience Joy

Begin each day by affirming it is another glorious opportunity to experience joy. Hone your gifts and talents and share these with others. This is another day to step into the unlimited abundance of spirit. Having a goal and purpose for everything you do allows you to examine each proposed activity to see if it adds meaning and joy to your life or if it is just another empty, meaningless activity void of fulfillment.

Much energy is available for those on their spiritual path at this time. If you are aligned with your intention to experience joy, if you hold the intention to assist with the healing and transformation of the planet, much abundance is available to you now.

This week marks a major step in the evolution of human consciousness. On July 21/22, the longest solar eclipse of the 21st-century will unfold. This eclipse is designed to open-heart centers and clear anything that stands in the way of unconditional love. By welcoming and embracing these energies, you are able to infuse the realities you create with the greatly expanded energies and unlimited possibilities of the New Earth. This is the time when those who have taken steps to align with their higher self will radiate a stronger light on the inner planes.

Those who already know how to travel in consciousness will be able to attend meetings on the inner planes where teachers and masters are envisioning transitions to come. Others will begin developing new spiritual skills such as clairvoyance and interdimensional travel. Some will awaken from dreams where they have been in otherworldly settings or downloading "transcripts" of advanced spiritual knowledge. The eclipse energies hold the power to trigger kundalini activations and third eye openings. The lunar eclipse in early July set the stage for this week's solar eclipse. In addition to opening and clearing the heart center, this week's eclipse will accelerate manifestations. Depending on where one's thoughts, feelings and intentions are focused, manifestations can bring about peak states or new depths of despair. This is the moment to raise your vibration and bring your consciousness to the highest frequency you can access.

Reach for the highest vibration you can access and pay attention to your emotions. These are your best indicator of alignment right now. If your emotions feel negative or "off," examine if there are any areas you need to bring your focus to right now. You can welcome the eclipse energies and work with them to heal and clear anything standing in the way of emotional freedom. It is emotional freedom that allows you to experience unconditional love for yourself and others.

Becoming a Powerful Force for Universal Love

One way to reach for the highest vibration you can access is to act in service to the underprivileged, and on behalf of all sentient creatures and the environment. Acting from this place of love and service to those not as strong and empowered as yourself allows you to become a more powerful and loving force in the universe. Assisting those who cannot speak or act for themselves ignites the powerful divine feminine energies being transmitted to the Earth during this time of the solar eclipse. From this place of allowing, you are able to release the past with love. Expressing gratitude for all that has been opens the door to new possibilities now opening before you.

As you step more fully into unconditional love, you are able to receive the message of your sacred wound. Your sacred wound contains the essence of the spiritual lessons you brought forward this lifetime. This week's eclipse energies provide the clearing needed to heal one's sacred wound and reach emotional freedom.

Planting Seeds of Future Realities

A new moon is always the best time to go within and plant the seeds of future realities. This is a week to plant seeds in the rich soil of your subconscious for new relationships, new manifestations and new beginnings. Energize and cultivate these at this time of the solar eclipse and you will see them manifesting in physical reality in coming weeks and months. Relationships can be transformed and healed during this time when it is easier to step into oneness by uniting your divine feminine and divine masculine. Some have written into their soul’s contract for this lifetime that financial abundance is experienced proportionate to fulfilling one’s spiritual purpose. Synchronistically, this is a time when many are being asked to come into deeper levels of spiritual fulfillment.

The person who has drifted off course in terms of their purpose may find themselves temporarily out of work or possibly even living in a tent village in order to come into a new connection within themselves. There is much in your world that waits to be seen, sparkling like stars behind a cloud-covered sky. Much of what obscures the "unseen" consists of the veils and 'overlays' in the heart and mind of the seer. Once a person learns to open their spiritual eyes, all that exists in the universe becomes visible.

Opening Your Spiritual Eyes to the World of the 'Unseen'

A great deal of what you term paranormal in your world is the sensing of the unseen with interpretations that often fall short in describing the inner workings of wisdom. The mysterious consists of that which your consciousness has not yet stretched to embrace. The value of the mysterious is its ability to draw attention to the unknown and the unseen. With sufficient attention, effort and right use of will, you can unravel the mysteries of the universe.

If you have not yet opened your spiritual eyes to see through illusion, it may seem some realities are intentionally obscured from you. This is by design to protect you (and others) until you develop the wisdom and self-responsibility to manage your natural gifts and abilities. There are no conspiracies or hidden agendas in the universe. The only "conspiracies" that exist in your world are those contrived by humans. Do not give these your time and energy. The only mystery worth understanding is that of your own heart. As you pay closer attention to the feelings and passions that reside there, you begin to discover who you are. When you understand who you are, you receive the wisdom and clairvoyance of spiritual vision to see the universe as it truly is.

A World Full of 'Seers'

There are a record number of ‘seers’ incarnated at this time. About 5% of those who exist on earth have the gift of clairvoyance. This may seem like a small number, but throughout the pages of history, there have been fewer.

The Earth plane is changing quickly. By the year 2100, over a third of those who remain on Earth will have the gift of clairvoyance. This number will multiply exponentially with each succeeding generation. It will become far easier to open to spiritual vision in times to come. There are several reasons for this. As more people on the planet shift to a high-vibratory pattern, this vibration will become predominant. The spiritually awakened will anchor and hold this energy for others to access.

Another reason greater numbers will open their spiritual eyes is that the Earth will become less violent and chaotic. The present moment is a difficult place to be when a being comes into their full clairvoyance. Those who see all bear witness to the suffering taking place within any given moment in many places on the Earth. Imagine going through your daily life and suddenly having an image enter your mind of torture and killings, of cataclysmic natural disasters; of the suffering of millions. Those who see and feel the pain of the world must daily love pain into a place of peace inside their own hearts. These are beings who light the way to the future of humanity.

Seers Transmute the World's Pain in their Own Hearts

Seers who transmute the world's pain and suffering began by transforming the pain in their own heart. They learned to love and forgive every person and every life circumstance. They know all life circumstances are events "staged" with the roving band of "actors" from one's soul group to create needed learning opportunities. When the conscious mind or ego accepts this cosmic truth, the spiritual eyes are opened to take in the parade of lifetimes. From this place, it becomes possible to truly "see" one’s self and others.

Once you open your spiritual eyes, you learn to practice discernment rather than judgment. If a person is standing before you with many sad stories of why their life is not working, you hear the words with your physical senses, but you see the truth with your inner eyes. You see the person’s energy field where their past lives play like a thousand movies depicting moments waiting to be unlocked and released. You see the soul in its quest for wisdom and growth like a pristine oasis beneath overlays of misunderstanding and regret. You see blockages crystallize in the energy field, preventing the free flow of life force energy. You see sadness and confusion manifest in the energy field. When you see a person at this level, you are able to hold a healing space for them to step into.

Clairaudience (hearing/listening), clairsentience (feeling/seeing) and claircognizance (knowing) go hand-in-hand with clairvoyance. These allow you to see through illusory appearances of the physical world, to feel what a person (or animal) is feeling, and to hear behind each word entire dissertations revealing the soul essence and vibration across lifetimes.

Self-Responsibility is Key to Accessing Spiritual Vision

No one gains access to the spiritual senses until they are ready to assume responsibility for the knowing that comes with such gifts. Just as there are many in your world who dream of becoming millionaires without full understanding of the tremendous responsibility that accompanies such wealth and the resulting karma (from mishandling it), there are those who seek inner powers without a willingness to accept the responsibility for their wise use. Even with great expenditure of effort, these individuals will never manifest more than the most minimal abilities.

Helping Others Open to Spiritual Vision

So how does the seer respond to the difficulties of those who have not yet opened their inner senses? First, with love and compassion. This is easy when one is able to cast their eyes backward into their own life experiences and the many lifetimes spent coming into spiritual knowing. Secondly, the seer can telepathically connect with the inner guidance of a person experiencing difficulty to determine how they can best respond - how they can best serve the person at this moment. Thirdly, the seer can bless the person and wish them the highest and best. Blessings open an energetic pathway for the person to step into, like a pocket of energy that can be used to boost the vibrational resonance.

Many seers in your world create books, works of art, offer teachings and disseminate information in many ways and forms. Whenever your guides bring your attention to such information, give it your time and attention. When you open to follow such clues, you find your life becoming more peaceful and aligned with spirit.

Consulting a Seer to Accelerate Your Spiritual Path

In the early stages of your awakening you may choose to accelerate your spiritual path by finding out a seer you can consult periodically. A true seer will allow you to see your self through their spiritual senses, and help you interpret and understand the information perceived through these senses. You don’t need to worry about accessing information that is not for your highest good, for a seer will work in conjunction with your guides and higher self, bringing forth the information that is of greatest benefit within the moment. As you are guided through steps to help you open to spiritual vision, you learn to access inner seeing on your own. Some day, you may even assist others in their quest.

By setting your intention to open your spiritual eyes, you express a desire to clear away all that stands in the way of direct access to your spiritual senses. When you express this desire, the universe will bring your attention to whatever needs to be healed and cleared to achieve the wisdom and self-responsibility necessary to access spiritual vision. As you come into your spiritual vision, other spiritual senses such as clairaudience and clairsentience will also open. As a seer, you hold all the universe within your loving gaze and help heal the Earth into the next phase of planetary evolution.

Quantum changes are rarely experienced at the spiritual level without creating ripples in your physical reality. Chaos in your personal life may be experienced in the area of career focus, relationships and changes in personality and preferences.

You may feel you have lost yourself as you experience days when old circumstances fall away. Relationships may end; you may find yourself relocating or generally, no longer drawn to the way things have been. You may find yourself adopting new dietary and health practices. You may experience heightened sensitivity and awareness; you may notice things you have not noticed before.

You may undergo shifts in consciousness where you move through days of spiritual awakening. During these times, you may experience peak states of consciousness. You may feel drawn to write, paint, walk in the woods, go on vision quests, or depart from routines in other ways. You may feel drawn to clean out your house and give away things you no longer use. This can be a challenging time when those around you are puzzled by your actions and possibly even feel threatened by this new "you." This is where you will need to practice a great deal of trust and patience. You will need constant, telepathic connection with your spiritual guidance so you can "ask" about events and circumstances as they unfold in your life. You will need to work with feeling states so you can hold everything that comes before you in consciousness and discern its rightness.

Challenge and hardship will be experienced to the degree you're in resistance to
these changes. For example, a person might receive guidance that it’s time to move to a new career focus that’s more aligned with the next step of their spiritual path. Nothing is lost in such a scenario. Everything you undertake throughout your life is preparing you and grooming you to fulfill your purpose. may be one of the most challenging steps of all. When faced with the potential loss of a career, relationship or other dearly-held circumstance, you may feel shaken at the core of your being. At such times, you have the opportunity to step into new levels of understanding and experience by trusting in your guidance and believing in yourself.
