Fine-tuning Your Vibrational Frequency

Your feeling states and your "vibrational frequency" determine your level of abundance - not others and not circumstances out in the world.  Those who believe the economy is responsible for any challenges they are experiencing around prosperity are perceiving "in reverse," so to speak.  You are always the source and cause of your experience of reality.  What you manifest directly correlates with the essence of your energy.  Your feeling states are barometers for your thoughts, beliefs and spiritual understandings.  If you hold negative feelings toward anyone or anything, this pulls down your feeling state and your energetic resonance. When you manifest from a low-vibrational energy, you will experience roadblocks, disappointments, illness, accidents, and overall feelings of being out of sync with the universe.  These experiences are not a "punishment", but wakeup calls to help you see that you need to examine the beliefs, intentions, motivations, visions, and identities you currently hold.

By contrast, when you step into a place of taking 100% responsibility for all your experiences, when you have accepted the power and authority of your role as a Divine and infinite being, you open to receive all the joy and blessings the universe has to offer.  You know that you are holographic to all that is. As a spark of infinity, you contain the entire energetic spectrum. Because you contain it all, you can choose to focus on any aspect of yourself that exists along the spectrum of human potential.  In other words, you can choose to focus on any aspect of your being and energize that into your physical reality. 

Opening to a New Vision for Your Future

In order to wield cosmic energy to create realities, you will need to build the vision for what you wish to create.

To move beyond what you have experienced, you will need to step into the unknown and surrender your consciousness to your higher self.  Ask for clarity around visions of your highest probabilities.  Keep receiving and building the vision until you have a clear picture of what you wish to manifest.  In this place of the unknown, you're able to merge your energies with the vision for your highest future, programming it into your DNA.  As you move forward, you will receive daily guidance and assistance to bring this vision into being.

Releasing the Need for Linear Progression

In the physical world, you receive programming that says you must manifest in a linear and incremental fashion.  While this understanding may be helpful in certain areas of your life, it can also be a hindrance in manifesting your highest future. During this time, more than any other, you are able to step free of the need to progress in this way.

The greatly expanded energies accessible on the Earth plane now allow you to take great leaps and experience quantum growth.  As you adopt new and expanded identities your energetic resonance "amps up".  It is in this way that you attract people, resources, experiences, ideas, information, and everything else you need to step into new ways of existing.  From this heightened state, elevated feeling states naturally flow. This allows you to align with the wealth and abundance of the universe.

When accessing fifth-dimensional consciousness, you may find it necessary to expand your definition of the present moment. You have probably heard it said that the key to developing awareness is to "be here now." Being present and awake within each moment is undeniably a major component of spiritual awareness. We ask you now to take a step further to examine the scope of your present moment.

Who are you within this moment? Are you limited to what you see in front of you, or do you hold within your consciousness a vast repertoire of possibilities you can activate at any second? Do you hold within you maps of consciousness that point to infinite locations and states you can access at will? Do you feel your past (in this life and others) is inaccessible or do you feel connected to these past aspects and even assisted and supported by them? Are you able to travel through the doorway of your imagination to visit your future and learn what you're creating in order to fine-tune your present moment?

Does your present moment contain a doorway to an inner temple where you regularly commune with angels, guides and other aspects of your being, or does your present moment contain a barren, one-room shanty where you feel lonely and cut off from the rest of the universe and worse, from parts of yourself? The perception that your present moment is compartmentalized and shut off from both past and future limits your ability to access other aspects of your consciousness. These aspects represent parts of you incarnated through time that can help you heal the past, design future realities, and access a wide range of latent skills and abilities.

Each Moment Contains Infinite Possibilities

We have undertaken this discussion to bring focus to the infinite possibilities that exist within each moment. It's not enough to simply say, "Be here now." If a person's belief system isn't sufficiently expanded, they will likely find the present moment to be rather dull and uninteresting. When faced with residing solely within a lackluster "present moment," many people create outer diversions, become thrill seekers and even develop addictions. Depending on a person's early programming and beliefs, they may extend this perception of emptiness to themselves, finding themselves lacking. Many thrill seekers at the root feel themselves empty without a dust storm of activity swirling around them. They keep others at a distance, fearing they would perceive their emptiness if they got too close. This doesn't have to be the case. Expanding your definition of the present moment can open a dazzling array of possibilities that will never leave you feeling bored, lacking, or empty.

Steps to Expanding Your Present Moment

A first step to expanding your definition of the present moment is to examine your present beliefs about who you are. If you believe you're a vast, multidimensional being of infinite capabilities, you're well on your way to expanding your present moment. If, however, you believe your present physical reality is all you have and that you're limited to the information you've programmed into your personal CPU, your definition of the present moment could use some stretching.

When you view the world through the eyes of spirit, it's easy to see how each person is spirit incarnate. Spirit, with its infinite nature, has the ability to be all places at all times. The word "omniscient" is often used to describe this unlimited potential. Some of you might say, "But this is the word we use to describe God." Now we are finally getting to the root of things. Do you see God as separate from yourself or as a part of yourself? We offer this holographic definition: you are to God as a drop of water is to the ocean. A drop of water has the same properties as the ocean. It is holographically the same as the ocean, just as you're holographically the same as God and with the same properties and potentials. This is a second step in expanding your present moment - to see God, all-that-is - whatever word you choose to describe the infinite - as a part of you.

You are an Omnipresent Spark of Spirit

You as an omnipresent spark of spirit have likely been incarnated hundreds and even thousands of times. We say "likely" because some entities in this universe incarnate only on a few occasions and for specific purposes. Younger souls have by definition experienced fewer incarnations than older souls. (The fact that you're
reading this says you're an older soul).

You have been incarnated in numerous timeframes throughout history, both past and future. You may find it a stretch to contemplate the possibility that your spirit has incarnated into future timeframes. You might wonder why a being that has experienced life in 2100 would choose to stage their next incarnation in 1950. There are reasons why an advanced soul chooses to incarnate into a "past" timeframe. You have been incarnated in the past and that you likely have been or will be incarnated in future times on planet Earth or elsewhere.

You are Simultaneously Incarnated throughout Time

There is no "time" in the expanded concept of the universe. All your incarnations are occurring simultaneously in various realities. If you had a lifetime in Egypt in 550 AD, that "you" is still alive and well in its own energetic coordinate in the universe. Likewise, if a future "you" is incarnated in the year 2550 on your home planet of Betelgeuse, that being is alive and well within its own energetic timeframe.

Some incarnations are closer energetic matches to your present moment than others. These other "yous" are creating other experiences and understandings in their own timeframes, but they still hold various levels of resonance to the "you" that exists in your present moment.

Your higher self is in tune with all these various incarnations occurring simultaneously. It is by tuning in to your higher self that you learn about these other "yous" incarnated throughout time. As you learn about them, you can choose to visit them in consciousness. In this way, you're able to share information, knowledge and skills.

It's by learning about and connecting with these other "yous" that you are able to come more fully into latent talents and abilities. A Mozart or Einstein is not created in one lifetime. True genius develops over an arc of lifetimes and culminates in a timeframe where the individual is able to merge with other aspects of themselves to consolidate understandings and abilities honed throughout time.

There are those on Earth who struggle to create the reality they see in their dreams and spiritual visions. They struggle only because they don't fully understand the steps of reality creation. The truth is that creating a reality is as much a feeling and being state as it is an activity of the mind and body. The commonly-held belief that creating is strictly a series of outer steps is one of the greatest causes of human suffering.

Understanding the Steps to Creating Reality

This perspective of "outer creation" assumes you are separate from what you seek to bring into your life. When you seek to create your desires in this way, you become a slave rather than a creator. Liberation comes from understanding you are the cause of your outer reality, not vice versa.

Creating is driven by the Law of Attraction, which says you must be a vibrational match for all you seek to bring into your life. Becoming a vibrational match begins with an intention. The act of intention sets up an energetic field you feed with your life force energy through your attention. Over time, the energetic field grows, attracting emotions, life force, people and circumstances that help it further expand. It's this ever-strengthening energetic field that transforms you into an energetic match with your desires.

Merging with Desired Creations

When we seek to create something new in our lives, we are really seeking to re-create ourselves. In order to bring something new into being, we must, in a sense, become one energetically with what we seek to create. In this way, we're transformed by our desired creations. It might be said that our desires move us along the path to our destiny.

Energizing New Fields of Probability

As we're transformed by our desires, we will likely adopt a new focus self. A focus self is the dominant identity guiding our life within the present moment.

Over the course of our lifetime, we will have a number of focus selves - though only one at a time. Each time we undergo a major change, a new focus self comes forward to orchestrate the new timeline we've adopted.

When we set out to re-create our reality, we are essentially adopting a new identity. Adopting a new identity inevitably moves us to a different timeline in our present life.
This new timeline exists parallel to our present reality.

It's possible to bring about a major change in one's life simply by merging with a new focus identity. This energizes a new parallel timeline. When we adopt a new identity, our perceptions, beliefs, emotions, intentions, thoughts and behaviors rearrange themselves around this new identity. This represents quantum change.

Adopting a New Focus or Identity Self

Any major life course we might envision already exists as a probability within our energetic field. This "probable self" exists along a certain timeline and follows a certain progression. In order to adopt this probable self as your focus self, merge your conscious awareness with this self and bring your present moment into resonance with it. In other words, when you set out to create your deepest desires, become the version of you already experiencing this reality.

Another step is to follow the thread of this probable self's timeline - past, present and future - understanding the progression of this alternate self's existence. For example, if you have a self within your field of probabilities who is an artist, you can track the ways in which this self unfolds within your energetic field. Track this self's development backward to the moment of your birth and observe how its timeline diverges from "the road taken." See the steps the artistic "other you" took to create its reality. This is the path someone who shares your unique energetic signature would travel to create a reality where they are self-realized as an artist. This is not unlike the process a novelist uses in developing a character for a story.

As you adopt a new focus self and its accompanying line of probability, you may encounter resistance from those around you, and even from within your self. Understand this seemingly outer resistance is reflecting to you your own doubts and misgivings. If a friend is standing before you questioning your decisions, silently thank him for reflecting your inner concerns and gratefully accept this opportunity to examine your decisions and, if appropriate, strengthen your confidence and belief in this new course.

Principles of Conscious Reality Creation

Once you understand how things work, you can begin to practice some principles of conscious reality creation:

1) Maintain focus on creating joy in your life. This implies a readiness to release all that's not aligned with joy. This intention will begin a clearing of all emotional states that stand in the way of living at the vibratory level of joy.

2) Practice radical self-responsibility. This involves accepting responsibility for all creations in all time. It's impossible to create the reality of your highest dreams when you're holding thoughtforms of negativity, blame and victimhood. Look at every situation in your life to see how you created it, and how it is assisting you in your growth and evolution.

3) Express openness to all existing realities. This means you are willing to observe and consider alternate and parallel realities.

4) Trust that the universe is always bringing you experiences to help you grow. In this way, nothing is bad or good, just what's needed in the present moment.

5) Cultivate an active imagination and believe that whatever your imagination brings you is real.

6) Believe that you are already whatever it is you imagine creating. Some aspect of you is already in vibratory resonance with the images your imagination brings you.

7) Be willing to become the person who can bring your desires into being.

8) Align your desired creation with your spiritual (life) purpose.

9) Study and understand the Law of Attraction.

10) Unite all your selves in creating reality. When you have inner unity, you're able to create from a place of clear focus and inner peace.

There's much focus in the world around manifesting desires, and much frustration when visions fail to materialize. This condition can be transformed by following some simple steps on the path of reality creation. Abundance and manifesting can happen easily and effortlessly once we understand the mystical, magical art of reality creation.

Understanding Reality Creation

Reality creation is a process where we become a vibrational match with the version of reality we choose to experience. This vibrational resonance is created when our core beliefs are in harmony with our chosen reality.

If you have sought to manifest things that failed to show up in your physical reality, it's because on some level, you hold a belief that's in contrast to what you wish to bring into your reality. This throws you out of resonance with your desired creation.

Discovering and Transforming Core Beliefs

Gaining awareness of your beliefs is the first step to creating the realities of your dreams. This discovery process can begin with an examination of your core beliefs. A core belief is a deeply-held version of your personal truth. It may be a truth adopted during a time when you were very young, or more limited in terms of understandings than you are now.

Core beliefs can be brought into awareness and transformed so they are in harmony with the realities you wish to attract and experience. The challenge is in discovering beliefs that operate off the radar of our conscious awareness. In a sense, these beliefs operate like "wallpaper" in the background of our lives.

To discover your beliefs, become a detached observer of your life. Pay attention to details. Examine various situations in your life and ask yourself what kind of beliefs a person would have to hold in order to create them. In this way, you become a detective in your own life, tracking the course of your deeply-held beliefs. As detective, stand back from your self several steps. Ask yourself if your current beliefs have assisted you or held you back. Are there payoffs in holding these beliefs? If so, are these benefits helping you grow, or are they limiting you in some way?

As you gain awareness of your beliefs, you're able to "see through" beliefs that no longer apply. Once you bring to awareness a belief you want to change, you will need to consider what belief you wish to replace it with. This is where you begin practicing reality creation, by choosing the belief that corresponds with your desired reality.

Stepping into the Parallel Reality of your Choice

It's this process of "core reality change" that allows you to step into a new parallel reality where you're experiencing the identity and reality of your choice. By practicing conscious reality creation, you're able to receive
images of new probable realities through guidance and imagination.

The Images your Imagination Brings you are Real

You'll need to work with your imagination to discover all possible options to choose from when adopting new beliefs. Many of us need to expand what we believe is possible for ourselves.

In fact, one of the first beliefs most people need to examine is what they believe is possible for themselves. Even some lightworkers still hold limited visions of their possibilities. As you become aware of the beliefs you hold about what's possible, go within and allow your guides and higher self to bring you visions of greatly expanded possibilities.

Whatever images of future possibilities your imagination brings you are true probabilities. Your imagination will not bring you anything that is not within your field of possibilities. In other words, you are already all that you imagine -- and more.

As you trust in the images your imagination brings, you begin to adopt new core beliefs and release any beliefs that stand in the way of your desired reality. It's through this process of reality creation that you become the version of yourself that's a vibrational match to the realities of your dreams.

There's a lot of concern these days about pandemics and illnesses affecting entire populations. Pandemics are a form of planetary teaching that point to thoughtforms and belief systems that weaken us at all levels. These thoughtforms impact our spirit as well as our immune system. In essence, they "amp down" our energetic resonance, leaving our energy fields open to attack by pathogens.

The rapid spread of airborne illnesses parallels the telepathic transfer of thoughts, feelings and beliefs from one person to another. While airborne pathogens are present everywhere, most people pass through environments without contracting illness. Others become ill in a short time. It is one's thoughts, emotions and degree of spiritual alignment that determines immunity to pathogens.

Understanding the Purpose and Nature of Illness

The main reason people experience illness is to receive feedback concerning their spiritual progress. Even a minor illness can prompt a person to take a few steps back from their life and question why they are experiencing challenges. Illness is not meant to be a punishment. It is simply a wake-up call for us to examine the course we're on and the thoughts, beliefs and attitudes we're using to navigate life. When we steer off course, our life force energy amps down because we have fallen into less resonance with our higher self. At such times, we're simply not on the wavelength to receive the maximum life force flow.

When our life force flow ebbs, less oxygen gets to the cells in our bodies. Cells deprived of needed amounts of oxygen for a period of time are unable to properly replicate themselves. In time, this condition manifests disease and illness.

If we wake up and pay attention to the message of an illness, we're able to change our course and come into greater alignment with our higher self and our mission here, therefore amping up the flow of life force into our physical system. This is what happens when a person goes into remission and seemingly miraculous reversals occur. This signals a change in course that allows greater life force flow and spiritual alignment. This increased flow allows the body to receive the oxygen needed to manifest radiant health and well-being. In this way, illness is a built-in mechanism that nudges us to go within and seek answers that can bring us to course corrections that bring us to new realms of joy and self-realization.

The Rapid Transformation of Physical Systems

Right now, physical bodies are changing as greater light floods the Earth plane. We are being asked to "eat light" - to eat consciously, in other words. As our vibration rises, we receive guidance and intuitive nudges to detox and cleanse our body. This triggers detoxing and release at all levels.

This greater light is transforming the Earth as well. Through the Law of Attraction, as the Earth shifts its vibrational frequency, all that's in disharmony with this frequency is de-magnetized. Pandemics are one form this "clearing and cleansing" of the Earth will take.

Pandemics will come through doorways associated with environmental disharmony. Those transitioning to organic, naturally-raised food sources - particularly vegan, vegetarian and living food diets - will exist on a different frequency from the most destructive pathogens. It's easy to see from this perspective how existing out of harmony with nature opens our energy field to attack by pathogens. These pathogens are, in a sense, designed to eliminate all that operates in disharmony to the Earth and its environment.

Accelerated Manifestation and Healing

As we move closer to Earth's transition point, new parts of ourselves will come up for healing and review. Disease and illness may manifest more quickly than ever before. Paradoxically, healing may manifest more readily than ever before.

Everything is manifesting faster now. This allows us to see the results of our thoughts and beliefs with record speed. If we see we are manifesting illness, we can quickly make a course correction and begin to manifest health with record speed as well. Now more than ever, staying awake and aware is critical to our well-being.

Muscle Testing and Strengthening the Immune System

There are steps we can take to flow with the shifts and changes now occurring. Below are some steps that can help raise our vibration, amp up our life force flow and enhance our overall health and well-being.

All the steps listed operate on the same principle as "muscle testing". This test involves making a statement or asking a question while holding one's arm out straight. When we make a statement that pulls us down and weakens us, another person is able to pull our arm down no matter how strongly we resist. When we make a statement that lifts us up, it is very difficult for another to pull our arm down. (This test can also be done by yourself if no one is around to assist. Simply interlock the thumb and forefingers of both hands, then attempt to pull them apart; the strengthening statement will make it difficult to pull them apart while the weakening statement makes it impossible to keep them locked together). This demonstrates that when we align with our highest vision, we are naturally fortified and strengthened.

Beneath all of these suggestions is the intention to more strongly align with our highest visions and dreams. As we love ourselves by following the path of our deepest joy, we naturally strengthen our immune system.

Twelve Steps to Strengthening the Immune System

One) Practice positive self-talk. Pay attention to what you say to yourself. Do you lift yourself higher by being kind and loving with yourself or do you pull yourself down by being critical and negative about your prospects for the future? Practicing positive self-talk raises your vibration and strengthens your immune system.

Two) Pay close attention to what you put into your body. What you eat and drink makes a strong statement as to how you feel about yourself and your life. If you find yourself eating junk or other low-vibe foods, pay attention to the thoughts and feelings that precede these choices. Develop a plan for healthy foods and make sure you have plenty around. Taking care of yourself and providing a healthy and conscious diet is an act of self-love that strengthens you on all levels.

Three) Visualize yourself downloading vibrant life force into your energy field. See the flow of life force moving through every part of your physical system. Focus on any areas where you have experienced challenges. See them filling with healing, radiant light.

Four) Build in plenty of time each day for creative play. As you make the effort to find windows for creative activities, you will find it easier to find time in the future. When you regularly engage in creative play, you integrate creative thinking into everything you do. This keeps inspiration flowing and opens your energy field to downloads of life force and intuitive guidance.

Five) Make time to work out and exercise each day. This enlivens your physical system, oxygenates the body and amps up the flow of life force into your energy field. The flow through your physical system is equal to all other forms of flow in your life.

Six) Regularly still and quiet your mind while focusing your intentions on love and inner peace. During meditation, send love to your higher self and you will quickly feel this love amplified back to you. This builds and strengthens the bridge to accelerated guidance and life force flow.

Seven) As you move through your day, express gratitude for everything in your life, even those things you consider to be challenges. Challenges and obstacles are our best teachers for they help us grow in our understandings and develop resiliency. If there are objects in your life you no longer feel connected to, pass them on to others who can benefit from them. If you have relationships that seem to be ending, enter a place of gratitude for all that has been and move on from this place of complete love and gratitude. Nothing pulls down and weakens the immune system like anger, resentment and blame.

Eight) Make a list of charities and groups aligned with your desire to assist people, animals and the environment. Regularly donate and/or help raise funds to benefit these causes. An excellent idea is holding a garage sale to pass on items you no longer use and donating the proceeds to groups working to bring about positive change. This will give you a feeling of well-being that greatly enhances your immune system.

Nine) Make a list of large and small things that bring you joy and each day do as many of these as you can. Constantly add new areas of joy by exploring new and positive practices and trying out new ideas and possibilities you feel drawn to. Allowing more joy into your life uplifts and strengthens you at all levels.

10) Listen within. Listen to the voice of your intuition and act on the guidance you receive. When you lose sight of this connection to your highest vision, you become a slave of the world which amps down your life force flow.

11) Create environments and spaces in your surroundings that uplift and inspire you. Spending time in spaces with positive energy flow raises your vibration. If you need help in creating positive flow in your environment, study the art of feng shui.

12) Alkalinize your physical body with enzyme-rich, live, alkaline foods. When your cells are being properly nourished, you grow calm and serene, which raises your vibration and draws to you uplifting people and experiences.

Souls arriving here to bridge human consciousness into its New Time know well the future they are bridging human consciousness toward. That is because they were previously incarnated into future time. This world of the future is sustainable, holistic, healthy, peaceful and based on the principles of love and respect for all life.

The first waves landed amid a war zone of emotional, mental, and spiritual strife - the dust storms of the human mass experience. These souls volunteered to set the groundwork, so to speak, for the next wave of souls arriving here. These early "pioneers" and their predecessors have fulfilled their mission to seed the future of human consciousness.

Sometimes this mission was carried out at great personal cost. Imagine how startling it is to go from a peaceful and loving time to a reality fraught with violence, war, disease, disrespect for life, and in general, conditions of "unlove." Because these souls see a troubled world through the eyes of love, they enter life heartbroken, saddened to their core, and questioning the meaning of such a bleak existence.

It was necessary for the first waves of beings from the future to experience great depths of challenge. Each generation that arrives on the Earth must be fully indoctrinated into the prevailing energies of the time it incarnates into. It is only by fully immersing one's self in the energies of the preceding generation that one is able to transform them.

As these souls expand their awareness, they burn through any remaining veils. This awareness shoots straight to the heart of the human condition. Once they begin to clearly perceive their circumstances, they remember their mission and begin transforming the energies they encounter.

Some find comfort as they grow older and come into a place of spiritual remembering. This allows them to commune interdimensionally with their homeland. There is a powerful healing in reconnecting with the kinder, gentler future times they have known.

Recognizing Beings from the Future

Beings from the future are not difficult to identify. They often have childlike faces with old eyes. Their eyes tell the story that they have witnessed the passing of many times, and have sifted the wisdom and understanding of the ages. They are often focused on the future of life on Earth. Peaceful in nature, they are attuned to the environment and the welfare of animals. They have an ethic of good stewardship toward all kingdoms of life. They have a communion with all living things.

These beings speak about human rights and respect for all life and the planet; they advocate equality and unconditional love; they bring forth understandings of quantum physics and other innovations that reflect spirit's vast capabilities. They contribute innovative concepts, theories and inventions. Because of their strong links to the future, they often dream of technology not yet conceived on Earth.

They often feel they have come here for important reasons: the essence of this mission is to help seed and transform changes in human consciousness. These beings often don't feel drawn to "mainstream" situations. Because they are able to tap into realities beyond their present physical location in time and space, they are able to perceive the future prior to its arrival in physical reality. This can be confusing early on as they have trouble discerning between perceived future events and the present moment.

Energetic shifts in recent months asked many to undergo times of deep questioning and release. It's possible during such times to lose sight of our spiritual purpose and intentions.

During these "lost" times, the quickest way to return to our chosen course is to re-center ourselves in our highest visions by bringing our full focus to frequencies of love and gratitude. As we sit quietly with our intentions while focusing on the in-breath and out-breath, we re-energize and open our energy field to a spectrum of healing life force flow and the blessings it contains.

Tuning into the Universal Broadcast

It is by reaching out to our higher self and filling ourselves with frequencies of love and peace that we are able to heal and transform our lives. By bringing our focus to unconditional love, we are able to better "tune in" the universal broadcast. Because all energy is constantly changing, it is important to stay attuned to this flow, listening for what the ever-changing universe is asking of us moment by moment.

Reversals of Fortune are "Speed Bumps"

There may be times when we find ourselves dozing and becoming less conscious. That is when we fall further from alignment with spirit and sometimes miss important signals and take detours from our path.

When we keep switching channels on our universal radio, unable to find the broadcast of love and peace, disharmony swirls around us. Every day is a struggle.

But here is the good news. The "speed bumps" are there to jolt us
awake. As conscious beings, we're able to read these "reversals of
fortune" as signals that we need to reawaken ourselves and "tune in."

The path of spirit is energetic rather than linear. We are not really "backsliding" or lapsing into old ways. Instead, we are inadvertently tuning into other frequencies. There is no need to judge ourselves or become fearful. To tune in, all we need to do is step back to our higher awareness and re-center in feelings of love and gratitude.

Re-Centering in Love and Gratitude

If difficult times arrive, hold these times in your awareness and express gratitude for the help they are giving you. As you re-center in emotions of love and gratitude, you begin transforming the circumstances of your life. When you re-center yourself in gratitude and love, your "universal receiving station" once more attunes itself to the frequency of inner peace. This frequency weaves itself throughout the moments of your days, inspiring you to sew seeds of love in your garden of now. These seeds in time will spring open the flowers of ever more loving and peaceful times.

When we seek to bring something into the world, our intentions and motivations are everything. Our intention for bringing something into our lives shapes our experience of a manifestation and the realities that spin off of it.

The lens of relationships offers an up-close view of how our intentions color our manifestations. We may seek to attract a soulmate into our life. We may state that we are seeking a spiritual connection that helps us grow in our understandings. This is well and good but if unresolved emotional issues lurk beneath our stated intentions, these "hidden" intentions will eventually surface to color any relationship we manifest.

Perceiving Motivations ‘Underneath the Vision'

The key is to come to a deep and thorough understanding of ourselves and our motivations before we seek to manifest something new in our lives. In the case of a relationship, we may consciously hold the highest and best intentions in terms of our vision for a soulmate connection, but there may be other intentions operating beneath our conscious intentions. If, underneath our visions of manifesting a soulmate relationship, we're afraid to face life alone, we are unknowingly sending the universe signals that exist on two very different wavelengths. Consequently, we may manifest a relationship that is intended to lift both people higher but ultimately deteriorates under the weight of unresolved emotional issues.

Identifying Conflicting Emotions about Abundance

The same can be said of manifesting abundance and prosperity. We may state that we intend to manifest abundance so we can undertake studies, experiences or projects aligned with our spiritual purpose. If, underneath this vision, we still hold emotional issues around abundance, this can stifle or alter our intended manifestation. One example of this would be the person whose father often spoke negatively of those who had wealth. As this person begins to manifest the abundance of their spirit, it can trigger feelings instilled by the father against those who have wealth. This could diffuse the manifestation altogether or create complications that seriously limit what can be experienced in the realm of abundance.

Likewise, if a person holds unresolved emotional issues that center around scarcity or "not having enough of what's needed," this is another factor that can send the universe a contrasting signal that seriously impairs manifestation.

What has been said here about relationships and abundance can be applied to any and all intended manifestations. In order to pave the way for what we seek to bring into our reality, it's important to examine all our intentions and motivations -- not just our "highest and best" but those motivations that lurk at the outskirts of our awareness.

Aligning Our Intentions with Spiritual Purpose

It's always important to examine how our intentions line up with our spiritual purpose. If we seek to manifest a car so we can drive ourselves to workshops and courses that allow us to expand our knowledge and skills, this is an intention that can benefit both ourselves and others. This is a very different intention than seeking to manifest a new car so we can show up our neighbor who's driving an older model. In the long run, the realities experienced through these different intentions will drive us to very different futures.

Unifying Consciousness with Emotional Harmony

Once we identify how an intention matches up with our spiritual purpose, we can then examine if aspects of our consciousness operate on different emotional frequencies from our primary intentions. These would likely be younger aspects still locked into emotional energies not yet transformed by the light of our present-moment awareness. By loving and harmonizing with these younger aspects, we can begin to create inner unity.

Dialoging with Lesser-Known Aspects

Journaling is one tool to identify conflicting emotions that lurk beneath our highest and best intentions.

One approach is to write out statements in a journal and invite your subconscious to finish them. You can start with open-ended statements such as "Relationships are" or "Money is". It may take some practice to become comfortable turning over the pen to lesser-known aspects of your consciousness and allowing these aspects to speak, but with persistence, you will be able to establish a dialogue.

It helps to create a space of non-judgment and openness to these aspects, and a willingness to learn about them. You will find in dialoguing with them that these aspects are trying to assist you in the only way they know how. It's may no longer be in your highest good to believe that "Money is the root of all evil," but there may have been times in your past when manifesting large sums of money would have diverted your attention from other courses of examination. Thank these aspects for their efforts and explain to them how they may now assist you in new ways to manifest your highest visions, benefiting yourself and others.

By honoring and loving all aspects of yourself, you're able to create the inner unity that entrains your intentions to the frequency of your highest visions, ushering in the realities of your dreams.

Fall Equinox 2009: Accessing the Super Accelerated Flow into Portals of Expanded Possibility

The Fall Equinox arrives this week to signal new beginnings. Big changes loom on the horizon along with new opportunities to align with Divine will. New manifestations and new clearings will go hand-in-hand during this time.

This week's Equinox comes on the heels of a powerful New Moon flanked by a Sun/ Moon/ Mercury/Saturn conjunction opposed by Uranus. These Virgo planets quincunx the ongoing Jupiter/Chiron/Neptune alignment in Aquarius, leaving little doubt as to the nature of the energies (and opportunities) present at this time.

Holding Strengths and Weaknesses in Our Expanded Vision

Uranus urges us to bring forth new insights from our higher self and integrate these into our daily existence. Add to this Saturn's influence, which requires us to clear all that stands in the way of this integration, and brings us face-to-face with all that has limited us in the past. Mercury's retrograde until September 29 insures that we remain in a holding pattern for this clearing to take place. During this time, we're asked to hold our new visions and insights side-by-side with any perceived limitations we still hold. As we observe these two in juxtaposition, we receive the clarity needed to chart our course in coming months.

Any visions and guidance we receive during this time will be designed to help us set forth on a new path more strongly aligned with our life purpose. This path will ask us to bring new strengths of determination and discipline to our spiritual practices.

Adopting New Disciplines that Promote Health and Vitality

This is the time to adopt new disciplines that strengthen the flow of life force into our physical system. It is our inner will and desire to transform Planet Earth that will determine our continued health and well-being.

In recent years, much has come to be understood about the mind-body connection and how our thoughts and feelings strengthen or weaken us. Muscle testing is an example of this concept. Through the window of muscle testing, we can readily see how our thoughts and words along with the messages we receive from our environment strengthen or weaken us.

There has been much talk about "vaccination plans" against certain pathogens and pandemics. The best "health insurance" plan is to fine-tune our awareness of our environment -- both inner and outer - and how we allow ourselves to be affected by it. This includes not only the messages that surround us but messages we receive from aspects within our own consciousness. These aspects can either strengthen and empower us or weaken and disempower us.

Now is the time to gain awareness of every aspect of our environment and our consciousness and determine what needs to be transformed.

Eating ‘Light' Removes Barriers to Life Force Flow

In coming times, we will be asked to further strengthen our physical systems by "eating light." This involves eating a mostly living foods diet that includes calorie restriction and regular infusions of alkaline green juices. These "rocket fuel" foods raise our vibrational frequency, removing any barriers to life force flow.

Another facet of this "new time" is to practice yoga which brings physical, mental, emotional and spiritual flexibility. It is flexibility at all levels that allows us to "go with the flow". Flexibility allows us to access and make the most of new portals now opening. These portals lead to the super health and vitality that is the gateway to heightened or peak states, expanded awareness, and all the blessings that accelerated spiritual understandings offer.

The time has come to build a dream for a new time on Planet Earth when fifth-dimensional energies dominate. In order to do this, you will need to bring energy and focus to the visions you receive in dreams, meditation and moments of lucid contemplation. As you cultivate the energetic field of the fifth dimension, opportunities will arise to join with others to incubate the dream of the New Earth by shaping with your intention the accelerated energies now flooding the Earth plane.

Part of building this dream is creating a bridging identity able to "walk in two worlds," so to speak. This dual self will continue to carry out the tasks associated with living in the reality where you are currently focused while at the same time, planting seeds in the new time with your focus, intention and desire. This bridging identity will be able to walk daily in both worlds, one manifest, the other unseen except on your inner horizon.

This bridging identity will allow you to merge more fully with energies of the new time. This identity will derive from a future self. To the degree that your resonance allows you to forge a union, this future self will be able to lend its energy and guidance. As you direct your intention and consciousness toward this future "you", locating this self in the timeframe where it exists, you are able to blend with its thoughts and feelings.

Cultivating Skills of Blending and Harmonizing

In the future, "blending" is a technique that is common. You already do this to an extent. When you spend time with another, you harmonize your energies and blend with them. Often you will find you know things about this person that they haven't told you. You may begin to develop new skills based on their knowledge and understandings. This is an equal sharing as they draw on your knowledge and experience as well.

Awakened Consciousness is the New Time

Blending and other forms of awakened consciousness are the essence of the New Time. As a person awakens, they naturally want to help others awaken. Imagine you "wake up" in a darkened room and see others sleeping around you. Upon closer examination, you see the room is filled with dust and cobwebs and the air is stale. Your first impulse is to throw open the doors and windows to let in fresh air and sunlight, then begin nudging the others awake.

When one person awakens and begins nudging others to awaken them, all the universe cheers. Much guidance and assistance is downloaded to the one who throws open the doors and windows of their consciousness to be the eyes and ears and hands and feet of spirit on Earth. This awakening allows you to become spirit incarnate on Earth.

Many souls chose to incarnate at this time when the elevated energies on the Earth plane would facilitate the awakening process. Many advanced souls were chosen to anchor the light at this time. Others came to represent other points along the energetic spectrum. This is a critical time when all of time is held in a microcosm where dark and light join hands in a way that allows human consciousness to take a great leap forward.

New Spiritual Masters and Prophesies of the Future

Many high-level guides and masters will seek to deliver wisdom and guidance to the Earth plane through the portal of awakened consciousness. You will see during this time many souls awakening and beginning to channel. As we have said, all the universe cheers when one being on Earth awakens. Many masters and high-level entities will seek to speak through a newly-awakened consciousness. It will not be unusual to see many people awaken at once and begin to spontaneously channel messages. In your near future, you will see many who previously thought of themselves as "ordinary folks" receiving amazing messages and prophecies of the future. Those who have faithfully served as earthly guides, channels and mentors will now step into the next phase of their journey as master teachers, sewing visions and seeds of the New Time. Some of these will have the ability to transmute a person's remaining karma through their energetic presence.
